Excellent profession work by this movers recommend everyone, good communication was maintained and pick up and delivery was on time

Great service, extremely professional. The crew was on time and was very quick with loading and unloading as well as very helpful to be sure all items were placed on the floor and in the room I needed them. Moving was a breeze with University!!

University Moving did an excellent job with our move and keep us up to date with every step of the move. All of the people are very professional and very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This is the 4th time in the past 3 years we have had to use a moving company and University Moving and Storage has by far surpassed all of the others in quality, integrity, courtesy, and professionalism. I was apprehensive with moving because of the past experiences I have had with moving companies. What a waste it was to worry! Brad, Kevin, Sam, and Zack made the move a smooth stress-free and positive experience. Thank you University Moving & Storage!!

I was constantly getting updates on where my stuff was and when it would arrive. The pack up and delivery were very quick and nothing was damaged. That is pretty much what you want from your movers. Let me know when it will arrive and don't break anything.

If only there were negative numbers in the star options. Terrible, terrible service. I have moved across country several times and have been happy but this was TERRIBLE. I made a claim for several lost items--after almost two months of "investigation" I got a letter, short and unprofessional, from their Claims Adjuster in Fort Wayne, today. I was informed that there was "no indication any loss occurred..." How about the fact that I did not receive several boxes? That's an indication to me!! And--the letter purports to express sorrow for my "concern" in my relocation from "Texas to Virginia." I moved from Michigan to Seattle.

I understand the delay--but this company promised such great service and then completely copped out when there were problems. I got such wonderful e-mails, promising that things would be taken care of---and then I got shuttled off to this claims office in Indiana.

I will never, ever use NorthAmerican Van Lines again--and I wouldn't recommend this particular company--University Movers in Grand Rapids--to anyone!!!

We would rate University Moving / North American Van Lines at 5 Stars based on the type of support and service we received from the day our relocation consultant stepped into our previous home for in-home estimate until the day our goods were unloaded at our new home.

To start with, Kevin who was the person who did the estimate and helped us with our vehicle move (in addition to our household goods move) was very professional and thorough in the way he explained things to us including legal issues and other issues that we may come up with.

Next was Brad who was our relocation consultant who picked up from Kevin. Brad was so precise in his instructions and kept following up with us at every stage of our move. He was very patient in answering a million questions from us during the entire move and we are very grateful for such a kind of customer service.

Last but not the least, the Driver Rick was very friendly and courteous during both loading and unloading of our goods. He called us well in advance on both occasions and made sure that our requests were satisfied.

On the whole our experience with University Moving / North American Van Lines was very pleasant and we would recommend them with the maximum 5 star rating.

We recently used University to move our law firm of 100 plus people and University did a great job! Ray was a fantastic project manager - very organized and knowledgeable. He guided us every step of the way and his timeline suggestions were spot on. The team of movers that were onsite for our 3 day move were friendly, took care with our items, were willing to help with the smallest requests, and worked long days with great attitudes. Kevin's overall pricing of the project was fair and accurate at the completion. We were very happy that we chose University and would recommend them for your office move.

My daughters's move to Columbus, Ohio couldn't have been better! It was such a wonderful experience - everything went smoothly. The drivers were polite and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone wanting a reliable and stressfree move.

This moving company is very reliable and easy to work with. From the free in home estimate to the communication over the phone to the actual packing, loading, and trasporting, they were outstanding. They packed all our belongings with much care. They were very friendly and respectful and always made sure I was satisfied with the way they were doing things. They definitely make sure things are done right. Ours was a long distance move, and I was pleased to see that all our things got here in good shape. I highly recommend University Moving and Storage!
