Very rare to receive such exemplary customer service. From the sales experience to working with the guys packing the truck, everyone is professional, courteous, and takes pride in their job. Kevin didn't haggle about pricing, he came up with a fair and very competitive estimate and then Brad held my hand through the entire process. The rest of the world could learn a thing or two from University Moving. Thank you!!!!

First time using a moving company and could not have asked for more. Brad's customer service and communication are top notch. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional. They had a few issues with the truck but kept me in the loop and still made there on time. Upon arrival, the driver was not able to back down my long winding driveway. They ran out and rented a smaller truck that would be able to back up to the house, brought in more people to load, loaded the smaller truck 3 times and got it all done just as the rain started. Amazing job.

Very professional and organized. I moved from NYC to WI and very grateful to Brad for so much help. He was controlling all steps and made my movement smooth and easy.

If you ever have the opportunity to work with University Moving for relocation, I suggest you take it. We worked with Brad in Michigan, and Kevin's crew on our family's relocation from Pittsburgh to Milwaukee. We've heard lots of horror stories about moves gone wrong, but this experience was the polar opposite. Kevin's crew was hard working, professional, and courteous. Any time you're moving a household worth of stuff, it's likely something is going to come up. Kevin dealt with the only issue we had adroitly and completely to our satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone, and if you have the opportunity to work with Kevin's crew, all the better.

Full-service move from CT to WI. Excellent customer service. John and his crew were both in CT and WI and were fantastic. Very few hiccups. Highly recommended.

I dealth with Brad and Mike for my move. Both were very professional and walked me through the process. They handled everything from packing my belongs to delivery and unloading. The pickup and delivery were both on time and they were efficient with the move. The entire process removed any stress from moving. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

On time, friendly and best of all, very professional. I have moved multiple times in the last 10 years and I was surprised at how friendly and professional their team was. i have more belingings than any 2 people should have and they were in and out in 3 hours, with no damage. University Moving & Storage helped to make my move seemless from Georgia to Michigan. Their communication at all stages was fantastic. The driver who take of my belongings on the move up was great and accomodating of all requests I had. The move ended great on the delivery. I would easily recommend their services to any and every one.

University Moving/North American Van lines relocated me from Michigan to Texas and I must say compared to our previous move, this was by far our best experience. From the office staff to the driver and his crew, I was very impressed from the first phone call that I received through the last box that was delivered to our new home. University M&S did a great job on our move from MI to NC. We really appreciate how closely they worked with us throughout the process. That gave us confidence that our move would take place as planned. The office support team was professional and courteous and the the actual moving team did a great job of packing, loading and unloading our goods. The moving team was also punctual and courteous. Although we still have some items to unpack, it looks like our possessions arrived in NC in the same shape they left MI. This is the biggest reason we gave University M&S a 5 star rating! We highly recommend University M&S based on our recent experience with them.

University Moving & Storage was excellent in helping us with all of our moving needs. They supplied all the boxes we needed. I received all items undamaged. They really took pride in loading our goods. It made our move from Michigan to Florida uneventful!

Company provided excellent service for the price. The moving coordinator kept us fully informed of the moving deatils and provided great followup after the move. Their Drivers and Loaders were courteous and professional at all times and were genuinely concerned with the protection of our goods.

I cannot sing the praises of University Moving and North American Van Lines enough. My mother passed away earlier this year and I needed someone to move some of her furniture from her home in MI to my home in VA. After days of frustration with shifty companies and outrageous pricing, I called University. They were eminently professional from start to finish; accommodating to my situation (being 700 miles from the items, I couldn’t send them photos or let them in to check out the pieces before the actual move); quoted me a fair price; and explained all the details of their moving process and documentation.



The movers who picked up the furniture in MI were fast and efficient—and showed up right on schedule. They clearly know their business and treated some delicate pieces with tender care. Delivery at my home was initially delayed due to reasons outside the control of the movers, but I was kept apprised of their schedule and understand that DC-area traffic can thwart the best of intentions. Despite horrendous heat and humidity, the deliverymen handled themselves professionally and were efficient and quick in moving things into my home. Each piece was treated with care and not a word of complaint was uttered the entire time, even though the heat was clearly debilitating and there were some logistical challenges getting a few pieces in my home. I should also note that each piece was identified, inventoried, checked for imperfections/damage on pickup, and reviewed again upon delivery. Nothing was lost and no damage was incurred despite a long haul between origin and destination.



In short: if you are looking for a reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy long-distance moving company, look no further. Call NAVL/University Moving first and save your self tons of time and frustration!

These guys did an excellent job. I would refer them to anyone looking for movers in state or out. Everything was wrapped very nicely when it arrived at my destination and they took care of my items. Brad did a great job of followup all throughout the process. Highly recommended company to work with.

They did an awesome job. Pick up and delivery were on time. All items very packed well and delivered safely.

After looking into 3 local moving companies, we were instantly sold on using University Moving for both our move and storage needs. Kevin came out to walk through our home, determine our service needs, and provided excellent packing tips - he was far more thorough than any of the other companies were. The quote he presented was competitive and fair for our service needs. Brad was our move coordinator, and he was always available when I had questions or needed packing materials. He was great to work with, and sent a team of hard working professional movers to load and unload our items. Everything we packed up was delivered in perfect condition, nothing was damaged, and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. If you're looking for a moving company for your move or storage needs, look no further. You won't find another company as good as University!!
