There is a lot of selection and service is much better than other airports. I rented once a month and it is fast to pick-and-go or drop off. Thank you for great service.

The Emerald Club at the DTW location made it very easy for my to get my vehicle and be on my way. The car selection was excellent.

Great, easy rental! Love being able to pick any car in the aisle. I was also really impressed with the rental process--quick, easy, and friendly. I remember thinking wow, great customer service!

So easy to get the car you want from Emerald Club. Between the shuttle picking you up with in a couple of minutes to being dropped off right beside your car. It doesn't get any more convenient that this - especially at 1:00 am in the morning. Truly enjoyed minimal to no wait.

Of all the places I travel, this location is one of the best---easy access to the shuttle and the Executive Emerald Aisle is very easy to select a vehicle--the employees are really happy to help! Returning is also just as easy and employees are just as helpful!

Easy-in, Easy-out, Easy-Return. Good selection of cars on Emerald Club aisle. Cars was clean and trouble-free.

Service was great, car was easily accessible. Counter associates were courteous and friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help.

National car rental is leading the pack these days. Their Emerald Aisle is great, you can always find an interesting car. Plus I am always happy with their bus service from the airport to the rental site. Fast, helpful and courteous. Great experience.

Great service, love Emerald Club, awesome vehicle experience and costs were a lot better than Hertz, Dollar and Budget.

As an Emerald Exec member I was really disappointed to see the Executive lanes were filled with less desirable cars. I ended up getting a decent car from the standard Emerald lanes. Hope someone with clout sees this review and starts having standards for which vehicles get into the Executive lane and a process to rotate them out when better vehicles come in.

Satisfied with car selection and buses. Typical problems with car existed, namely low tire air pressure and film and glare on inside glass surfaces.

Better than good customer service, the selection of vechicles were amazing, I'm a customer for life.

Great customer service, but unfortunately this time I was greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the car. We rented a mini van at 11pm at night. It was dark and we were tired. The next day when we moved the center seat in order to get passengers in the back row, we noticed all sorts of trash and dirt underneath. It appears they missed cleaning the center seat when the previous customers returned it. Had it not been so late when we rented the car I probably would have noticed. Just a small damper on our rental this time.

Great customer service! Was met as I got off the bus from the airport terminal and was directed to the area that my car was waiting for me. When I returned the car at 6:30 in the morning, I was greeted with the same customer service. Easy in and easy out. Great for the traveling professional.

I always use National because of the,ease of renting and the efficient way of dropping off. And their staff is,always helpful and reachable.

Easy to rent the auto. Car was ready to go and soooo easy to return.

Excellent choice using National's Aisle service. Very smooth return as well. National is a good rental car agency.

Again National Rental Car did an outstanding job. The staff was friendly and professional, the car I picked out was clean and ready to go.



I do have a complaint- At the time of picking up my car the agent informed me that National Rental Car will be putting a $300 hold on my card. This was in addition to the rental charges. This charge was for all Michigan drivers. When I turned the car in, I asked about this charge and was told this is done to encourage local drives to rent cars from other locations than the airport. NRC wants to maintain their fleet of cars for out of town guests and business travelers.



If this is the policy going forward, then the local Enterprise locations, need to do a better job of being open on the weekends, and supplying vehicles. I support the auto industry and when I travel, I need a specific Make of vehicle. I certainly can't drive a Chrysler to a GM plant, or a GM to a Ford plant. Enterprise can't guarantee any make or model when making a reservation. It is best effort only. The make of vehicle may not be available with a local office that has a much smaller inventory of cars.



Finally, the airport NCR is the only location in the Detroit Metro area.
