Bob and Rob installed 3 windows for us last month. They were so helpful and went out of their way doing extra work that was not required of them. They were friendly and the type of workers that we would recommend to our friends and family.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Anderson; from Bryan T, the salesperson, the office staff who called to schedule and remind, but I was totally amazed at Ivon and Mike, the installers! They were EARLY and worked so hard! Oh yeah, my windows look fabulous!

Bob and Rob just finished replacing my living room windows. They were amazingly competent and careful workers and also cleaned up before they left, even though they were very neat in the replacement process.

I am a wood worker, so have some knowledge of their task and saw immediately how capable they both are.

Also, my driveway was steep and icy at the time of installation. They parked in such a manner that was considerate of me getting in and out of the house and kept the truck of to the side. I was very impressed by their thoughtfulness.

This is my 2nd go with Renewal by Andersen. Nothing but Top Marks for the Company and the Crew they sent to our home. My first install was 8 windows which went incredibly smoothly and professional. Outstanding work. We decided to also update our front door. What can I say. Bob and Rob are a great crew and did everything in a single day and did it well. I thought it might take a couple of days but they worked diligently, updated me along the way, and took care of everything especially the clean-up. Wish I could hire them for other work I need done around the home. Top marks. Stellar. We just replaced our original windows in our 70's vintage home in Anchorage, Alaska. Bob and Rob phoned to advise they were on the way for a window installation. They arrived promptly, went over paperwork, listened to my concerns, and within three hours did an outstanding job of removing the old and installing a new window in one of our rooms.



They went the extra and caulked another window that had settled. They took their time and work was quality.

Renewal by Andersen of Alaska came in and replaced all of the windows in are home, Randy and Ivan are very professional installers, they replace 14 window and one glass sliding door.

I signed a contract and paid half for gutters in September 2011. They said if they didn't get to it by the time it snows, it would be done first thing in the spring. It's now July 2012, and the work isn't even half done. They send one guy out to work for a day about once every week or two. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
