We just replaced 16 31-year-old wooden-framed windows, and a front door, using Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. Mike H and Jeffrey were extremely professional and exceptionally talented. The workmanship is superb; they met the established timeline; they cleaned the areas daily, leaving no trace of their presence but beautiful windows. Throughout their four days with us they communicated well with one another (no shouting from one room to next), instructed us as they proceeded, managed a challenge with our front shrubs that block two windows, did a final walk-through – all with expertise and humor. They and their work (product) reflect exceedingly well on the company. We are thrilled with the product and the effect on our home.
We will use them again when the time comes. Thank you to Mike and Jeffrey for making our home so bright and ‘new.’

Top notch product and great service and personnel from start to finish. Brie did a really good job of describing the windows and options. She also was very helpful in assessing and helping me to prioritize which windows I would do first. The installation crew was fabulous. Josh T. called each morning of the 5-day job to let me know when he and he crew would arrive. He took the time to introduce each member of his crew. He communicated what they would be doing and when they would expect to wrap up for the day. The whole crew; Jake H., Justin, Tracy, and Wayne were all totally professional, took pride in doing an excellent job, worked hard, and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend the company and this crew. What could have been a stressful week was made so easy with Josh and his great crew of skilled craftsmen.

Robert, Dustin H., and Dustin M. replaced my bedroom and bathroom windows and did an outstanding job! They made sure to give us all the information. They also answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend them.

This was my second installation by Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. I previously had windows installed. This time I had two patio doors replaced. Shelton and Joe did a wonderful job of removing the old doors and putting in the new ones. The new doors are beautiful and allow more light in. Thanks!

The installation crew was excellent; they were professional,patient and proficient. The product appears to be first class; we just had our annual oil delivery so we will be able to test the energy efficiency especially during the cold days of winter.

It is now October 5, 2018 and the window installation has been completed by Josh T, Jake H, Joe B, Bobby R, and Brian (metal work finished around bay window yesterday). We are most pleased with the appearance and installation. However, we are still waiting, since September 21, 2018, for a resolution to the "privacy" window in the bathroom which is NOT private. We were assured that our concierge, Kyle and/or our sales rep Andrew, would immediately answer any questions and deal with any problems. This has not happened and we are still waiting for some response. The installers were fabulous, the customer service not so much.

Renewal by Andersen of Alaska was great! I highly recommend them! They came and helped me replace a giant picture window in my older home. They were fast and easy to work with! Jake H and Josh T were so wonderful during the installation. They made sure to talk me through the whole process and cleaned up the mess after they were done. I am so excited for my new window :)

The Anderson Team that installed our new double doors did an outstanding job. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, cooperative, neat and timely. Jake and Josh were the best. We strongly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Bobby, Tracy, Mathew, and Woodrow for best construction project my family could ever imagine! They literally transformed my home office from a dilapidated mess to the perfect working environment. Not only did they clean up there entire mess inside and out, they also cleaned up the mess I made when I took down a wall to make one of the windows bigger. We decided to have them replace 2 patiodoors, 3 windows, and turn our boring window in our master bedroom into a beautiful bay window! My family is beyond DELIGHTED and will be asking for Bobby, Tracy, Mathew, and Woodrow again when we move onto the next phase.

Just had our 50+ year old windows replaced with Renewal by Anderson windows - very spendy but worth every penny. The noise level has gone to zero and the temps are holding steady in the house - (used to heat up in sunshine ).... The process was painless - appreciated the professionalism and care taken by the crew - Bob and Shelton - everyday came home to a buttoned up house, mess completely cleaned up and items carefully moved and covered in the areas they worked on - the walk through at the end was thorough - one window was cracked - they self reported it and got it ordered immediately and one screen had holes in it and they had already found that and had it on order as well...Very happy with the experience.
