Rob and Casey showed up when they said they would, were respectful of my family and property and did an awesome job of replacing the windows I ordered!!!

We had 7 windows and the sliding glass door replaced in our home by Bob and Paul.

They did an amazing job! Three of the windows had to be cut down to meet current codes and the threshold of the new Glider Door required the carpet and padding to be cut back. However, these gentlemen know their craft well. The finished product is amazingly beautiful, inside and out, as well as more secure and efficient.

The professionalism is refreshing. There were no surprises; communication was clear and concise both in the pre-work walk through and the final walk through. We were shown how all the mechanisms operated and where the serial numbers for each window is located. The warranty information was explained again, clearly before they left.

I was shocked at how they cleaned up, not only under the windows, but down all the stairs used to get up to the second floor. They left no evidence of the wood shop that was set up on the driveway or grass.

The work that Charlie and Paul completed on my home wasn't without its challenges but they performed in professional and thorough manner. The work was neat and conducted in a way that didn't disrupt things entirely. They created a comfortable atmosphere for my wife and girls by being polite and conversant.



One unfortunate item was that one of the windows was incorrectly ordered, and we had to wait for the replacement. Ivon and Mike installed the replacement window and were professional, efficient and clean as well. Other than that I had no issues with the product or the service provided and would highly recommend.



We look forward to completing our residing project next month to properly showcase the windows and really make them look finished. I hope to use Andersen when I replace windows in our basement in the future.

What a GREAT experience from the start!!! The whole Anderson team knew there product very well. The lead installer Bob and his crew Charlie and Paul were VERY professional and true craftsman! They customized the 8 corner windows in our mid century home to look original. They left there jobsite as clean as the morning they showed up. Looking forward to the comfort the new windows will give us for many years to come.

We had widows put in today and we have never had such great customer service. Rob and Casey came on time and installed all my windows. They cleaned up after the job and they were also very polite. My windows look amazing and if I ever had to get more windows put in I would love to have them put them in.

Charlie and Josh are some serious window installers. It was a pleasure to watch them work. They were great, the windows are great and the service was great.

I had 4 windows and a sliding door replaced. Everyone I worked with was friendly and informative. However, there were some complications with my order. Two of the existing windows were right next to each other but different in style. The way they measure the existing windows caused them to get two different heights for the windows resulting in a one inch difference between the two. Because they were right next to each other this was quite noticeable. Also, they ordered the wrong style of windows. I still gave them five stars because they never blamed someone else or gave a lame excuse for the issues. Without hesitating they owned up to their mistake and did what they needed to do to correct them.



I had Charlie and Paul as my installers and both were awesome to work with. They made sure I understood their process and that I was 100% satisfied with their work. I've installed many windows my self and I can tell that these two know what they are doing, and that they take great pride in their work. They kept my house clean and relatively dust free. (Sheetrock dust gets everywhere no matter who does the work) To save money I did all of the interior trim work my self. Charlie took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and gave me a few helpful tips.



I would recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks renewal by Anderson for taking great pride in your work and for your solid ethics.

My husband, Brian and I made a home improvement decision this last year. To replace the windows in our home. We made a very excellent decision to choose Renewal by Anderson. Our sales representative Audrey was very helpful and informative about the windows to choose for our home. We learned a lot!



The workers (Charlie and Paul) that came to our home were very professional, kind and courteous. Charlie was very informative about the window installation process, and any questions we had were answered. Both Charlie, and Paul demonstrated hard working ethics, they were here to do a job and stayed on task.

We just had our 40+ year old sliding glass door replaced and are pleased with the door and workmanship by Charlie & Paul. They arrived when the said they would, set things up and worked mostly outdoors in 12 degree weather, laid cloths for inside work, explained well what they were doing and cleaned up everything afterwards. They were very personable, answered all questions and were easy to be around. Would highly recommend them both.

A big thank you to Randy and Taylor for my late November window install. I had 3 bedroom windows and 2 sliding patio doors replaced. They did an amazing job in less than 2 days. The professionalism shown by the team was excellent and they fielded all my questions. The benefit of not only high quality windows, but a purchase that includes everything from purchase to install and warranty, makes for the investment defintely worth it.

I had Renewal by Andersens install my windows in November. We had been shopping around for new windows because the ones we had were leaking air and just horrible of the harsh winters here in Alaska. I had my concerns with having the windows replaced this late in the year but was reassured that there would be minimal time with the windows out. We received a call from a gentlemen in the morning saying that they were leaving Anchorage and on their way to our home. Renew sent two gentlemen to my home. They were very polite when introducing themselves as Bob and Rob. Now were I think these guys went beyond the usual call was when they were more than happy to talk to my kids and answer any question I might have. They didn’t give one word answers or acted like my kids were bugging them. I have had people in the past that seemed to go out of their way to avoid kids altogether. They explained what they were doing to my wife and I throughout the installation step by step. When the windows were removed there were only minutes before they had the new windows installed. They had all of the prep work done ahead of time and it showed that they were well rounded in their profession. Once the windows were installed they cleaned up all of their mess so good that you couldn’t tell that they had been there. I take my hat off to Bob and Rob with the quality of work and the great customer service. I will return to Renewal next time when I need the rest of my windows replaced. Keep up the good work guys.

We had a sliding patio door and full glass exterior door installed. Product is of the highest quality. The doors are solid and work smoothly and quietly. The install team of Ivon and Mike was great to work with. They were true craftsmen. The attention to detail by these two guys was impressive. They were courteous and pleasant, took care of our concerns and questions and always maintained a clean and organized work site. The doors greatly improved our view and appearance of or home both inside and out.

I love my new windows. The entire process was very professional and informative. Everything was covered from beginning to end. And my installers were the greatest. BOB & ROB. Very talented, professional and detailed. I was expecting a perfect job for the price I paid and they did a perfect job. I don't have a single complaint. They even swept the carpet in every room they worked in, plus my stairs! The only thing I didn't like was the high-pressure sales meeting when I received the estimate. Luckily I was expecting such. But this could really turn off customers who need to shop around.

On 06-July 2015 Renewal by Anderson Alaska crew, Randy and Richard, out of Anchorage, started the window replacement of all the windows at our residence in Wasilla. They worked for 4 days on this house and were very meticulous about everything they did. We were very comfortable having Randy & Richard in and out of the house as they worked.



I worked in construction for close to 30 years so knew what I was watching when they went to work. From the moment they showed up till they left, their positive attitude and craftsmanship was impressive. In all my years working in construction I never saw any one clean up after themselves as they did. From a scale of 1 to 10, Randy and Richard definitely get a 10 from us.



We really like the windows we purchased from Renewal by Anderson of Alaska. Our old windows were wood frames with cranks, which were always in the way. The ones we have now slide so we can open both sides or just one. These windows have exceeded our expectations.
