Great service from Daniel! We had a problem with my mom's car and were not close to home. We were towed to Elliot's and were helped right away by Daniel. He was clear and honest about what needed to be done. My mom ended up having a big repair done, but we feel confident that the work made the vehicle safer. Daniel also arranged for us to use the shop car while the work was being done and tried to discount as much as possible. If you want reliable, honest people working on your car, go see the team at Elliot's and ask for Daniel!

Quality of work was excellent prompting a return. Also, scheduling met my needs very nicely. It will be a pleasure to reurn when necessary.

I wanted to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service. I was driving home from work and my car stopped working in the left turning lane near your shop, on a very hot day. With other cars and drivers honking and shouting at me to put my hazard lights on, which were not working due to a dead battery. Flustered, I ran across traffic to your shop and saw the manager and Daniel, and I told them about my predicament. My car was completely locked up (would not come out of park). They realized because of the position of my car that it would not be possible to push my car to the shops lot. The manager and Daniel quickly took matters into their own hands. The manager called a tow truck, asking him to get there ASAP, and Daniel went to my car (in heavy traffic) and put some orange cones behind my car, popped the front hood, and was able to get my car into neutral. The tow truck arrived in about 10 minutes from the call and the driver loaded my car in about 5 minutes! My car was in the shop in no time, they replaced my car's alternator, air filter, fuel filter, and did an oil change. Their customer service was excellent, their attitude towards me were awesome. I was literally shaking when I ran into their shop, and they assured me I was in good hands and they would be able to help. From now on, I will always go to Elliott Tire and Service for all my car's needs. I really appreciate them and have already recommended them to co-workers, friends and family!

Wow! I was really impressed with how clean the place was, especially the bathroom. Everyone was very friendly, the customer service I received was exceptional and I will definitely come back. Thank you very much for taking care of my car and me.

I went in with a flat and they were able to replace just the valve (i know nothing about tires so they easily could have told me the whole was bad) It turns out one of the other tires was under warrenty (from like 4 years ago!) and so they replaced that one for free.

I was not disappointed. As a matter of fact I feel like Elliott Tire went up and beyond what was required. Great job.

I took my car here expecting to pay a lot for brakes. The problem wasn't my brakes and the fix cost way less than brakes. I had gone to another store who wanted $600.00 for a brake job they said I really needed. I liked the honesty and friendly service. I will use them from now on.

Mike is great!! I came in to get my tires for the winter since I like to be prepared and they offered to put them on when I need to get them on. How nice of them! Totally coming here again.

So I came here to get my brakes fixed after they kept squeaking like crazy any time I stepped on them. So I called set up an appointment and they got me in the same day I called and got me out of there fast. Great job Elliott Tire !!

I had to get 6 tires total for 2 cars...Patrick hooked us up. When they did an oil change on my cousin's car, they noticed the master brake cylinder was leaking and shot. Replaced it for about 60% of what other places would charge. Efficient and friendly. In the past year, I have gotten tires for 4 cars here. They are great!

I have been going to various Elliott's ever since I first owned a car. I bought my tires here last year, and I went in today for a tire rotation and a tire balance. A $95 visit was NO CHARGE because I had purchased my tires from them. I was pleased with the customer service.
