Treated me with kindness and received the information I needed (both on the phone and later, in person). Waiting area was clean , cool and supplied with wifi for a laptop. Front desk person presented me with "options" that were appropriate and affordable for me now. Thank you!

I kept experiencing low tire pressure on the front passenger side. I thought for sure it was a goner and I was going to have to get a new tire or tires, like most shops recommend after they discover an issue. Turned out to be a nail in the sidewall, which was creating a small leak. Luckily, they were able to pull the nail out and patch me up in 5 minutes time, without charging me. I was thankful they did not try and take advantage of the situation like some other shops may have.

They charged me $150 for an oil change and check engine diagnostic and left me sitting there for 3 hours with a broken tv in the waiting room. They told me to come right down so Idk why I had to Wait so long. The clerk was rude.
