We recently had Zach the technician evaluate our yard in order to control spiders, ants, bees, and mosquitos. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went beyond my expectations in helping us locate and treat and potential issues. We signed up for the seasonal treatments and would encourage others to do the same. SueLS

I just signed up with Aptive and Brock did a wonderful job of selling your product in a professional manner. Our first application appointment was perfect. Sariah and James applied our first application in a very professional manner and explained everything they were doing. They also found 6 wasp nests that I was not even aware of!!! Brock, Sariah, and James are great! So far so good...Thank You so much Aptive!

Randy Kennedy was hard at work when I arrived home from work.He completed my second application in approximately 20 minutes. He was very quick and complete.

We recently signed up with Aptive and we are very pleased. Ruben Sanchez was our Service Pro who provided the first application assessment, he was extremely knowledgeable and skillful. He understood our concerns and provided information in detail about their products/treatments and how they were all animal friendly as well. He did an awesome job! He was very helpful, punctual and professional!!!

Technician Bob Groca arrived at promised time. Explained whole program and answered all my questions. He performed excellent service on my property.

The aptive rep who came out to our home was Ricky Lopez. Ricky was very thorough, especially around the deck area that is plagued by carpenter bees. He got all the areas we asked him to treat and then some. He was professional and well mannered. I've used other services that were not as thorough and almost twice the cost.

Just signed up with Aptive and Matt Bauler did our first application. He was very professional and explained everything. Exceeded my expectations. So glad we chose Aptive to keep our new home pest free!

Matt Bowler and Andy Barton are great, they explained on what was being applied! If I had any issues to call them immediately so they can address any pests in and around the house. Thumbs up for me on Aptive!

Mauricio J. was not only prompt, but very well mannered and professional. He addressed all my concerns and outlined an action plan should I have any issues down the road! Customer service is not a lost art, Aptive Environmental and Mauricio are living proof!!!

Mauricio Jassa exceeded our expectations, he answered all our questions, paid close attention to detail and the specific requests we had. Aptive's response time was extremely fast and our first impression has been very positive.

Just signed up with Aptive and Justin Heiner came out and did a thorough assessment and treatment. We have used other pest control companies and no one was as good as this first visit. He listened to me, found the problems I was concerned about and fixed them. He exceeded my expectations.

Sariah came out today to do the first application. She was very joyful, a real pleasure to have as a technician. She answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for being so pleasant!

Representatives Thomas Ross was great. He took the time to walk me through the process and connect with me on a personal level. Service Pro Robert Gruca was very efficient and able to answer any questions I had.

So far, pleased with how things are going. Today Joe was prompt, courteous and thorough. Hopefully the results will be as positive.

It's Memorial Day, the last thing I expected to have done today is pest control, but Eric was very nice and professional and I agreed to try the company out when he stopped by my driveway. Randy Kennedy came out later in the day to do our first application. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet both of them! I gave 4 stars just because I haven't seen the results yet...I look forward to upgrading the star count later this summer.

New customer -- I just had the first treatment two days ago by Ben and Mike. Can't tell yet how the bugs are going to react, but these guys were very courteous and professional and explained everything, offering to come back and re-treat free between quarterly visits if we have any problems. I currently have high hopes for Aptive.

I just signed up with Aptive and was very impressed with the personnel on their team. My service technician, Sariah, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I pointed out where I have been having problems with sugar ants, wasps and carpenter bees. She explained the treatment being applied in each case and reported back that she had found two additional wasp nests beyond the two I had identified. She removed all my of the nests and treated the areas. Carpenter bees were boring into my cedar gazebo attached to my deck and she treated all of the areas where the bees haves been seen. She provided treatment for the sugar ants both outside and inside at all of the entry points I had identified as well as the full house perimeter. Its too early yet to rate the effectiveness of these treatments, but so far I am impressed. Kudos to Aptive management for hiring smart and courteous employees like Sariah!

Aptive representative Jessie Rodriguez did everything and more when he came today for our initial service. Couldn't be happier!
