Our rep Donnie took the time to explain to my wife and I the work that he was going to be doing around our home. He was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. Great Service from Active!

Luke sold us the program and Bob, Robert, arrived later to perform the treatment. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and professional. They will be successful in any endeavor they encounter.

After having an issue ( not the companies fault at all) I was able to have Zach as my service pro. He was great. He did everything he was suppose to and more. He listened to my concerns, and explained everything. I would recommend this company and request Zach.He was great

Zach and Sariah came to my house to do the initial treatment. They were very nice and answered all questions i had. They were also very nice to my 6 year old son who would not stop fighting llowing them around and talking to them.

Aptive Rep Lenny Bussato applied our 2nd application today. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the products he was using & he took the time to explain everything to me. I would gladly recommend Aptive to anyone having ant problems.

Andy Barton was my aptive service pro. He was professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile and help me out with bees nests in the yard, that were not attached to our home. I appreciate the enthusiasm he had while working, despite the heat.

Randy Kennedy was professional and performed a thorough service on our property. He explained exactly what he was using, what he was treating for, and when we could allow our pets and children play on the treated areas. Overall happy with the service so far.

Jessie Rodriguez did our first visit and we were VERY happy with his service. He was very friendly, informative, professional, and he spoke very highly of Aptive. He was able to knock off the wasp nests at the highest peaks of our house, the pole barely reached but he kept trying until he finally got it. He had great customer service and work ethic. It was very reassuring knowing that they guarantee their work so at any time we can all them out and it is all covered under the contract. They did not treat for mice but it is also a relief to know if we have a problems when winter gets here that all we have to do is give them a call and they will be out to take care of it. Riley was the guy who sold us on the service and he was informative and professional too.

Lenny Brussano, was very professional. He explained what he was going to do on the first visit. After he was done he explained what he found and also advised we were missing a dryer vent. We have had many workers in the past and no one ever mentioned that. Lenny came out again and was very good and he also explained that he did not find any more Wasp hives. I would recommend Lenny to our friends.

Randy Kennedy arrived early and was very professional (and funny) during the treatment process. He explained everything clearly and left me comfortable with my decision to hire aptive and refer to friends and neighbors.

Sariah came to my home today she was great. I showed her where the ants were and she even picked one up to look and tell me what kind it was. She was very friendly with my children as well as myself. She was here on time. She was just great all around!

Matt was our technician today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions thoroughly.

Joe was super nice and walked me through the whole process after James explained it to my husband earlier in the day. I had a lot of questions regarding bee's, which was the reason we signed up, and answered every thing accurately. Thanks for the wonderful service Joe
