Joel is great. Knows they layout of the yard and garage. Really helpful with controlling pest in a safe and responsible way.

Great service and communication. They make sure it’s done correctly.

MIkah Wooten made sure to ask me if I had any concerns or problems and was very thorough with with coverage. I appreciate his level of service and look forward to being pest free!

Jeff was very professional as all the different agents are. He was thorough in all areas of de-bugging my house and garage including my deck. Since I have had this service my house is well cared for.

Always a great experience with Aptive and I recommend to everyone. Prompt, thorough, and well worth the price. We have their regular quarterly service. Whenever I need a visit in-between scheduled visits, they are great with scheduling and addressing the concern until the problem is solved! Mice, bees, earwigs, silver fish, spiders, etc always taken care of!

I’ve been with them for 2 years and one of the best ways to eliminate any pest problems in a safe manner. Anytime I have any issues with any insects they are so responsive. The employee who came out today called me to share all the areas that she covered and said if I had any concerns or other problems just give them a call. They very professional.

Angel did a great job. He was courteous and professional. He covered the areas that I was concerned about without question.

I totally loved these guys! Randy Kennedy was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! He explained everything and made sure I understood what he was doing. The first person who came over, Brock, was also amazing! He randomly stopped by and rang my bell, and I'm thrilled that he did! He was also really friendly and we chatted about bug related matters amongst other things and I felt a certain confidence in the people and the company because of these two fantastic employees!

Mykah McCrory did a thorough job around the house. We heard him visiting multiple areas and applying the product.

Adrian D. finished up the active season with a very thorough exterior cleaning of cob webs and bugs, and a follow-up spraying around the base of the house. He also sprayed my specifically requested areas inside the house, being careful to avoid low hanging curtains, etc. Adrian D. was pleasant, professional, and user friendly in his approach to his work. Thank you.

Donald G did an excellent job in servicing our area today. Donald was very professional and courteous. A real asset to Aptive!

Aptive sent Mike out shortly after we called about wasp's in the planting bed. He took care of it and was very pleasant and also explained what he was going to do. If we still have issues in a few days they will come back out again. Good job Aptive and Mike!

Mike M. Was polite and professional in explaining what he did for us and what we could expect in results. He spent a considerable amount of time to cover all areas of our home. He checked in when he was finished and left a card with a phone number we could use if we have questions or concerns. We are hopeful that our ant problem is taken care of now.

Kevin was friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and what he was using. He paid special attention to problem areas I mentioned to him and even finished early. He did a great job!

Megan from aptive was prompt, professional and thorough. She was knowledgeable about the bee issue I was having and did her best to rectify the problem.

Our service pro was great. Jonathan E. did a good job with the application and was prompt and friendly. He even interacted well with our young child.
