This was my first time ordering something so expensive on line! It was scary but the experience was great! when I called to ask a question they were so very helpful. The delivery was smooth with no problems! I would not hesitate to order from them again!!!

I was very satisfied with the purchase of our new GE refrigerator from Goedeker’s Appliance. They were easy to deal with and the price could not be matched!

You can't beat their prices and their customer service is excellent. I recently ordered all new kitchen appliances from them (as well as my washer and dryer a few years ago) and they were helpful and efficient. I must say I'll probably by all of my appliances from Goedekers.

After researching...we purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Goedekers. The difference in price from our local Sears was $700.00! Sure we had to wait a little longer for it to ship to us...but that was no big deal. Communication and status updates were terrific throughout the process. I will buy from them again...without a doubt. I'd also like to say that it's awesome to see a company who espouses Christian values proudly...it was a big part in our decision to buy from them.

I purchased a GE Profile gas range from Goedeker's. The pricing was incredible and the range was delivered on time as promised. Can't ask for better service.

Amazing service. - fact-finding phone call enabled me to buy a sink that was at least $400 less than I priced it at RSi. I ordered it right then after my lengthy search online. Very courteous. I got emails to tell me it was on back order - twice [I didn't need it right away] and it came in about 2 weeks - not bad! The sink was in perfect shape. I received an email to see if it had come and a phone call later to see if I was happy - which I am!

I never thought about shopping Goedeker's at first but I will certainly check them out next time I'm searching for something special! Thanks for being a great company!

Thank you for efficently handling my order for the General Electric washer/dryer combo in April, 2013. Your customer service rep. Melissa Delbel did an excellent job of answering my questions about the unit. She also explain the shipping choices for me.



The shipping company J. B. Hunt also did an excellent job. The unit arrived when they said it would. The delivery personnel did an extraordinary job of locating the washer/dryer on the second floor of my home. Not an easy task! Kudos to everyone.

WHY BUY ANYWHERE ELSE ????

Excellent online sale and delivery experience with Goedeker's. A full size electric "induction" range was ordered because such ranges are currently not carried by our local Lowes™ or Home Depot™. Helpful email follow-up informed of sale and tracking shipment. Delivery was on time and properly announced both several days before and on actual day of deliver, by phone.



I also paid $100.00 for the removal of existing range service - called " white glove". Unexpected but really pleasing and money saving was the fact that the delivery men removed (after old range was taken into truck) the old range's special 240 vac power cord so I could re-use it to plug into the special existing range socket.

I would say go for it, the prices are great and service is great!

Excellent Customer Service! They were quick to reply to emails, offered the info we were looking for, called us back with the info in a timely manner if they didn't have it at the start. do NOT do business with Goedekers! I ordered and paid for an appliance THREE WEEKS ago and was told the item was IN STOCK. I still DO NOT have it. I called Goedeker's last week and was told the appliance had been drop shipped from the manufacturer and that I would hear from a trucking company. I was called two days ago and told I could get a delivery NEXT WEEK and that the "white glove" service I paid for only included removing cardboard and placing appliance on the front porch of my home.



I am VERY unhappy and would warn everyone NOT to do business with Goedekers.
