Great experience at a dealership is hard to find. Carsten Rueffer was the best salesman we have had. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure. I got a good deal on my trade in and the whole experience was a relief compared to other dealers and sales people.

I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge from Sarasota Ford. Deal went thru fast without any hiccups. I called my salesman Andy Maleszka on a next day because there was a small chip in my bumper. On a next day he personally picked up my car and had it fixed on a next day. I will definitely ask for Andy next time we are in the market.
