Thank you to Carsten Rueffer! I had the opportunity to experience a top-notch group of individuals at Sarasota Ford. Every department was professional and accommodating in assisting me with the purchase of an amazing vehicle. Not only did the actual sale go smooth, but the team was willing to take the time to assist me in selecting the particular model vehicle that was the "best fit" for my family.
I have to acknowledge Tim Thomas for being an exemplary team leader. I was delighted to work with Seth Gwatlney in the finance department.
The car is perfect, the experience was far more than satisfactory; but what set Sarasota Ford apart, was the way that the transaction ran like a fine-tuned wheel. There were no bumps.

Got into my Fusion the other day during all the rain. I thought I had left my door slightly open, because my seat was damp. The next morning, I had a puddle of water on my floorboard and my headliner and sun visor were wet. I immediately called Kenny Bateman. He got my car into service ASAP and diagnosed the problem. My sunroof drains were clogged with leaves. Not only did Kenny get my problem fixed, he had the water vacuumed out and my car detailed! Amazing!! I am a customer for life!

I had the most pleasant and painless buying experience yesterday with Carsten Rueffer. We sat down and looked at the computer on what options I was interested in and found exactly what I was looking for. I test drove the truck and decided to buy. Sarasota Ford is my choice when it comes to buying a vehicle or getting service work done. If I need anything, I can reach out to James Seper and he’ll either put me in contact with a salesperson, service advisor or, at the very least, point me in the right direction.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new F-150 at Sarasota Ford. Carsten is great to work with and I highly recommend him. He spent a lot of time showing us vehicles and making sure we go exactly what we wanted. All the staff at the dealership was very accommodating and great to work with.

Walked in last night at 5pm not thinking that I'd be buying a car. Worked with Steve O. who got me an incredible deal on a new Ford C-MAX. My Prius was on it's last legs and I was in need of an upgrade. So happy with the car and the deal I got! Check them out, ask for Steve O. you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend the Sarasota Ford Service Department to anyone needing good work done. My husband Ryan is an employee in their Business Dev Center and when my brake lines needed to be replaced on my Suburban he convinced me I should take it to SRQ Ford to have them replaced instead of the Chevy Dealership I had been to before. I am very glad I did, they did an awesome job on my brakes, and even put me in a rental vehicle while it was being fixed. When I came to drop off my truck I came with my two toddlers in tow, and they were super nice to my kids and gave them a popcorn snack. James Deel was the service advisor that handled my repairs and was very nice and was a pleasure to work with. Recently I had to have some front end work done on my truck and it was a no brainer for me to go back to SRQ Ford, and again they did a great job on my truck.
I would highly recommend the SRQ Ford Service Department, and I will continue using them in the future.

Todd Cook was great! He helped us get the right vehicle for our needs and for the right price! He was pleasant to work with and very efficient. We traveled from Naples to look at vehicles at Sarasota Ford and certainly wound up in the right place! We had shopped other places, but SF/Todd were the best!!!

Sarasota ford is the only place I will take my vehicle. The customer service and quality of service is fantastic. Go in and see James Seper, If he cant help you himself he will point you in the right direction.

Carsten was an outstanding sales person throughout our entire impossible process! He was patient and kind and never judged our situation and continued to update us with complete honesty.
Eric did a fantastic job making sure our budget could be taken care of without losing all the bells and whistles that we also needed and desired.
Bryan is a fantastic sales manger who leads a fantastic team. Everyone (employee or guest) seen comfortable with him and happy.
Over all ford has been more then accommodating. We were Carmax people before but I think we have found ourselves in the Ford family for life!

It was an awesome experience. I was nervous about buying a new Transit Van, but Andy Maleszka made me feel at ease and didn't push to make the sale. With a staff that was not pushy, it made my decision to buy the new Transit really easy. This is going to be a place that I will get all my vehicles from.

This is a second purchase this year from Sarasota Ford and Andy Maleszka. Andy was very easy to work with. He had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. I was in and out in 30 min. Next time I need a vehicle for my business I will definetly call Andy.

I would never have thought to buy Ford (was a Volvo lover for years) but Carsten Rueffer led me in the right direction and put me in the perfect crossover with everything I needed and the price I wanted to pay. Great guy, great vehicle, great dealership!
