The entire staff is very invested in there patients. They fallow up with you after appointment to check on you and your progress.

Whenever i come into the office i am greeted by name. Everyone knows me and treats me with great respect. All of the staff take time to find out how i am doing. Not only physically but mentally also. I am able to function on a daily basis because of the care i receive from these providers.

Dr. Chen is amazing. He listens, answers questions and make you feel comfortable during proceedures

I was seeing another pain Dr. and wasn't happy at all. Pills every month to mask the pain. I had an appt with my family Dr. to discuss my options for a pain Dr. It just so happened Dr. Chen was in my Dr. office & didn't hesitate to fit me in to talk. I was extremely hesitant to trust Dr. Chen. I really had to trust him. The 1st thing he did was order an MRI to see what the cause of my pain was. He has empathy & compassion for me. He has alternative therapies to help with pain, not just mask it with pills every month. I've grown to love Dr. Chen and I've been his patient since 2012 and I highly recommend Dr. Chen. His staff is compassionate as well.

Very good listener even when I had a hard time explaining myself. Made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. I told him things I liked and didn’t care for so much with current treatment and he adapted and gave me even more treatment options so I didn’t feel like I was at a dead end.

I cannot be more grateful for the care I receive from Dr. Chen and Shane. Great friendly staff. They are always on top of my referrals so I can get my treatment on time. I wouldn't trust my care to anyone, but Alta Pain Physicians.

I have had multiple procedures done with Dr Chen, this last one had me nervous it had more risks than the others but just like before he talked me through step by step. Thank you Doctor Chen and staff for being so wonderful
