sound quit working and computer overheats. Andy did some quick diagnostic and recommended using without the battery to prevent overheating. Great job. Thanks.

I am a first time customer with Computer Revolution and I brought my computer in to see if you guys could help me. I am more than grateful for the answers to all of my questions and getting me straight with my computer issues. As a full time online student it has been maddening trying to get along with a computer that doesn't run right because of the 99 pop ups, etc...etc... Thank you guys for the great service!

These guys know what they are doing , they fixed my 2 computers for a very reasonable price, I have used other computer repair services and only gotten a temporary remedy and still had problems! I recommend Computer Revolution.

I came in for help getting my router to connect to the internet. It had been working fine until I swapped my comcast modem to my own new netgear modem. They spoke to me at length and they are coming to my house to get it up and running. Also, I upgraded from my refurbished Toshiba laptop(purchased here at CR) to a new(to me) refurbished Lenovo. Mike was very helpfulrl with all my many questions. I recommend CR for answers to questions, service and sales.

I bought my cpu here 3 years ago. Occasionally I need to come in for service related to software and concerns that are not directly related to Computer Revolution. They are always receptive, knowledgeable and efficient. That was the case again today. I can't say enough about the quality of service. I am buying a new unit in a couple months. Because of the service I will buy my unit here.

I spilled sand on my MBP. The typical weighted tape dispenser is filled with fine silica. The bottom seal broke and a cup of sand spilled on the keyboard. Keys didn't work.Brought it in and they said they would do a diagnostic for a fee. It turned out that the diagnostic procedure itself solved the problem and there was no additional charge. They even gave it a nice cleaning and it looks like new.Nice work!!!

I've purchased numerous computer systems from Computer Revolution. They are knowledgeable and willing to listen to my questions and concerns, helping to get the best computer for me. I was having some issues with my monitor & computer. Brought them both to the store, and in less than 24 hours they had run diagnostics for me, and I was reunited with my computer in no time. I would recommend them for any computer issues.

After having our computer hacked a few months ago, I came back to Computer Revolution to have MacAfee security software reinstalled. Both of the sales clerks I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up getting a lifetime subscription to Viper installed on my computer without having to make a second appointment, ran some errands, and came back to have my computer ready and waiting. Michael W. was a big help and I appreciate it. We will continue to come to Computer Revolution to meet our computer needs. Thank you very much! A great experience!

I have an old DOS system and my keyboard went out. I tried all the thrift stores looking for an adapter to connect a newer keyboard to my old system. But could not find one. I went to the Roseville store and they had the adapter I needed in the back room. They saved the day.

I have gone into the Roseville store twice for simple fixes on my lap top for things that I just didn't know how to do on my own. For example, I had accidentally pushed the lock button on my cursor and didn't know how to unlock it . Andy was so helpful without making me fill silly. He also talked me through what anti-virus to delete and what to install.When ready to replace this lap top computer, I'll definitely come back here to see Andy!
