Very prompt and expert service from Michael with a dim screen unresponsive to light controls. Also removed some malware. Would come again.

Andy helped with the problems with my computer. He listened very carefully and gave me all the time I needed to describe the issues. My husband and I have always had excellent luck with Comp. Rev. and will continue to give them our sick computers. We totally trust them.

Jay & Andy trouble shot my keyboard, which had stopped working suddenly. I have dealt with CR for several different PC's and have always been more than satisfied with their service. I recommend them without qualification!

I had a good experience. The staff is nice. I had repair done here and they did a good job. I am very happy with their services.

Left my laptop power supply in my bag that the airline subsequently lost. Tried a couple other stores but they didn't have anything that fit my machine. CR hooked me up with no problem. Highly recommended if you need a part that is hard to find.

Rep was knowledgeable and helpful, researching items to ensure equipment is right for the computers. Better customer service than at place I purchased the computers.
