The work that Innovative Construction & Roofing did was great. Very detailed in what they did. The work was done in a timely manner considering the weather they were dealing with.

The only issue we had was phone calls being returned from the salesperson that handled our account. It took us to many times calling him for him to return the calls.

But overall we really liked the work that Innovative Construction & Roofing company did.

Innovative Roofing is very professional and quick. They installed our roof days before Christmas, and were in and out in one day. The roof looks phenomenal and I love the lifetime warranty! I would recommend Innovative Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Toby O'Neal and Tim Carroll were the general contractors and representatives on my project. 5 stars is cutting this company and these guys short. I live out in the country in Villa Ridge MO and was painting a trailer in the yard when a Toby approached me and sparked up a conversation then asked if he could inspect my roof for hail damage from the recent storms. I said what storms. Long story short he took a bunch of photos then asked where my home was leaking on the inside so I took him in to show him. He took more photos. He convinced me it was in our best interest to file a claim for wind and hail and said he felt pretty confident that he could get the interior damage covered under the claim as well. When our adjuster came out to inspect the roof Toby and Tim were there early and had the ladder already set up for the adjuster and walked with him the entire time of the inspection. State Farm paid for many repairs that I had no idea was even damaged. Within two weeks (would have been sooner without cold weather) they had the shingles delivered on the roof and all the work complete in a timely and unbelievably clean manner. Toby was at our house with us throughout the entire process making sure things went great and we could not be happier with Innovative. We have already referred Toby and Tim to all of our neighbors and they are filing claims as well to have Innovative replace their roofs. Thank you Innovative for taking care of us when we really did not know our issues were as big as they were. I am a customer for life.

Innovative Construction replaced my roof after some hail damage and I couldn't have been more pleased, I received three other bids and not only were they competitive they did a great job. With so many choices on shingles it was a bit overwhelming but I saw a roof I liked in my subdivision and asked if they could do something similar in a different color that matched my home and that's exactly what they did, it took them two days and I couldn't believe how much better it made the overall appearance of my home. I would definitely recommend them!

So along comes a wind storm and takes off the a huge section right out of the middle of my roof. I called Innovative Roofing and within days my roof was fixed and the color match was perfect between new shingles and existing roof. I dealt with Tim Medlock and Colin Martin, both were extremely professional and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and completed the job in the exact time frame we had discussed. They were not only competitvely priced but also a breeze to deal with. If you need any roof work this is the place to call. Thanks again guys!!!

We sustained hail damage to our roof and contacted our insurance company. The adjustor did a site visit and advised us we needed a new roof so start soliciting bids. We obtained 5 estimates and 3 of them were from referrals. One of those referrals was from Innovative Construction & Roofing. After comparing bids and checking each company through the Better Business Bureau we selected Innovative. Our home was 12 years old so this was the original roof and my main goal was to have a quality roof installed to protect everything we owned. Luke Ruebsam was my contact person and coordinated the project. He responded promptly to all of my questions, had crews on site when promised and finished when projected. The installers were professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Our roof looks great and we have not had any problems 90 days after completion. This project cost was approximately $20,000 and I believe it was worth every penny.

The roofers were quick with the job and the new roof looked very professional. The gutters took a long time to install, but once they were done, they looked great. The pricing was done honestly, and when the job was done, Brandy invoiced us for exactly what the insurance company paid, minus our deductible. I thought the honesty in pricing was the best part of the job.

i had to repair my roof after a hail storm. my gutters, my deck and some vinyl siding parts were damaged too. I also had water spot on my bedroom ceiling. Innovative took care of everyting in a timely manner. As winter came, the roof was replaced very quickly; 9 guys came and everything was completed in 4 hours. I recommend this company for roofing but also to take care of additional damages you may have.

I worked with Luke to help replace my roof, gutters and downspouts after a terrible hailstorm we had over the summer. He was very quick to respond and helped provide answers and clarification to all the questions I had (which were a ton...my first time working with insurance on a claim like this). The crew that worked on the roof was very clean and did a fantastic job, and the gutter crew had me completely setup in no time at all. I added gutter screens to my gutters while they were at it. Luke helped me work through all these details and also worked closely with the insurance company to quickly determine what would be included in the claim and what I would be covering out of pocket. Great team from start to finish!!

Tim Carroll was the Project Manager/Sales agent for our roof replacement. He was very helpful in working with the insurance adjuster and during the roof installation. He managed the project from inception to completion-- always very professional. My wife and I are very pleased with the service provided by Innovative Roofing, and particularly by Tim Carroll. We will recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

Additionally, I want to thank Mario Chavez and his installation crew for their excellant work. Their hard work and attention to detail resulted in a fine installatiion!--and the cleanup was outstanding. Thank You!

After a recent hail storm I noticed damage to my roof. My neighbor recommended I call Gary Lingo he returned my call promptly and was very helpful. I LOVED the business. They did a great job. They were fast,, efficient, and did excellent work. The workers were respectful and not intrusive at all. Jim Gross kept me up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. I went to him with all my questions, and he answered them nicely and in depth. He also went out of his way to find out what was best for my husband and me, our finances, and our house. He researched specific ways to improve the air flow for my type of roof. He also sought outside help to get him more information. I was INCREDIBLY happy with everything that went on. :)

Jim Gross and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to my upmost satisfaction! They used the highest quality materials. The cleanup of the site was meticulously done as well! I would definitely recommend Innovative to anyone who asks about our new roof. The work is top notch!

After the recent hail storm, I noticed that a lot of roofs were going on in our neighborhood so I decided to have mine checked for damage. After viewing the work that was done on our street, one companies work stood out above the rest. Innovative Construction and Roofing work was far above the rest. I spoke to my neighbor and she gave me Austin's contact info. He came over and went over my claim and pointed out some damage that the insurance company missed. He assured me that he would work with my insurance to get the damages paid for and he did. When it was all said and done I can honestly say we have the nicest house on the block. I highly recommend Innovative Construction and Roofing, their quality of work and level of professionalism was second to none.

Just had a new roof put on in 2002. Recent hail storm of April 2012 resulted in major damages & since I was not pleased with company I used in 2002, I was on the hunt again. I checked Better Business Bureau, pleased with review, checked out Angie's List, again, very pleased. I called Innovative Roofing & construction, as well as 3 others. After meeting with & talking with their rep, Austin Barborah, the decision was made. Proceeded to check out Innovative's work, all contacts had high marks regarding Innovative. I could not be more pleased with their rep, their company & their workers. I recommended Austin/Innovative to a a few other homes on my street & ALL went with Innovative. I am not an easy person to work with but I have to give a thumbs up to Austin.

I am a professional engineer and work for a very large contractor in the St. Louis area. When the storms hit this spring, I was sure my roof had suffered damage. After doing some research, I called Kevin Larson at Innovative. He responded immediately and made a thorough inspection of my roof, house, and deck. He then made arrangements to be with the insurance adjuster as the adjuster did his assessment of my property. Kevin pointed out more damage than the adjuster had originally found. The bottom line was that I got all of the damage done to my house repaired to my satisfaction.



Overall, the experience was a good one. There were a couple of small problems with subcontractors who either missed appointments or did not complete the work to my satisfaction but Kevin made sure these problems were corrected to my satisfaction. I have been in construction for almost 40 years and I can say from personal experience that these types of problems occur on all but the most simple projects. I do not measure contractors by these types of problems. I measure contractors by how they respond to them. Kevin did a great job of making sure we were promptly and happily satisfied.



I have had experience with re-roofing in the past and I was very impressed with the speed and quality of Innovative's work. The tear off was accomplished quickly and with very little mess. A dumpster was delivered and set so as to not interfere with my access to the garage. All materials were taken directly to the dumpster. Unlike other roofers I have seen, there were no shingles thrown on my yard to be picked up later. It has been over a month and since then, I have found 2 staples and 5 nails in my yard. I find this remarkable for a project involving 2,500 square feet of roof removal and replacement.



I would recommend Innovative to any of my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall, I had a good experience with Innovative Roofing, but I wanted to single out for special mention Tim Carroll who was in charge of the onsite roofing project. He did a great job with the roof and he and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. They started our very large roof at 7:00am and worked until dusk to get the job done in one day. They also had the right materials and I now have a roof that should last a good long while. I was also extremely pleased with Tim's crew's cleanup of the site. They really did an outstanding job with picking up all of the debris and they didn't leave until the job was concluded. People often sign on to these sites to vents their frustrations. I wanted to write a review that was positive because Tim and his crew really deserve it. I would definitely recommend Innovative to anyone who asks about our new roof and I would tell them to specially ask for Tim Carroll and his crew to do the work.
