Overall, I had a good experience with Innovative Roofing, but I wanted to single out for special mention Tim Carroll who was in charge of the onsite roofing project. He did a great job with the roof and he and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. They started our very large roof at 7:00am and worked until dusk to get the job done in one day. They also had the right materials and I now have a roof that should last a good long while. I was also extremely pleased with Tim's crew's cleanup of the site. They really did an outstanding job with picking up all of the debris and they didn't leave until the job was concluded. People often sign on to these sites to vents their frustrations. I wanted to write a review that was positive because Tim and his crew really deserve it. I would definitely recommend Innovative to anyone who asks about our new roof and I would tell them to specially ask for Tim Carroll and his crew to do the work.

Innovative Construction and Roofing with David and Tim Carroll handling a claim for me did an excellent job. The claim, plus work was handled in a respectful and efficient manner. They both went out of their way to satisfy what I wanted to have done on my home. The work was outstanding and I appreciated how much they worked, on my behalf, with the insurance company. I strongly recommend them for work you might want done on your home. They are the BEST!!!

This is the company that deserves a star for customer service and upfront explanations of the work done.

Tim Carroll was the most knowledgable in his field and the most upfront with quoting the job including all the insurance papers needed.

The company was also understanding of the insurance business paperwork and payments.

We are very happy and would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing or any other remodeling needs.

We interviewed many roofers for our new home roof but chose Tim C. at Innovative. He acted more like a quiet, knowledgeable consultant. He answered all my questions and coordinated everything quickly with our insurance company. The crew that did the work was just as capable. They all seemed to work as a team on a very hot day. They found plenty of rotted wood in my old roof and they all worked very carefully ripping them out and replacing them. We were surprised that everything Tim promised eventually came true and the roof looks much better than we ever expected. I don’t usually write recommendations but we have a better house because we hired Tim at Innovative. Thanks.

I would like to take a moment and write a review on behalf of Innovative Construction and Roofing, I have known Jim G. for over 20 years and when I called him about the hail storm that hit the Bridgeton area he was willing to come out and meet with my adjuster and go over my claim thorougly with my son and I,

The roofing crew was very attentive to our needs and extremely proficient in cleaning up, I did find a few nails that were in my driveway but again Jim explained that this was likely to occur and this was not an issue for our family, I would highly recommend using your company again if needed. and would recommend your company to my family and friends as well, which I did with one of my dearest friends, who was thrilled with her new roof as well and the work inside and outside of her house (gutters/downspouts).

I want to thank you for the excellent work done by your company on my roof and gutters on my home.

I really like these guys. They do great work...but most important they do what they say and at a very competitive price. They answered all of my questions and followed up with a great looking finished product. Thanks. Your work is the envy of my neighborhood.

I will recommend Innovative to my friends and family. Our sales person, Jim Gross, did a great job. He let us know all through the process what was going to happen and when. The crew was very respectful of our property and our time. Having a business in our home, they were able to work on Saturday for us, not disturbing the business at all. The new roof looks great and the follow up from the company is fantastic!!

I LOVED the business. They did a great job. They were fast,, efficient, and did excellent work. The workers were respectful and not intrusive at all. My foreman kept me up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. I went to him with all my questions, and he answered them nicely and in depth. He also went out of his way to find out what was best for my husband and me, our finances, and our house. He researched specific ways to improve the air flow for my type of roof. He also sought outside help to get him more information. I was INCREDIBLY happy with everything that went on. :)

After the storm, I spoke with 11 contractors and accepted 4 bids. Initially, I had more hail damage repair needed than my insurance carrier had authorized. In addition to that, condensation was accelerating the boards' deterioration. I knew I wanted the low-profile ridge vent, but it was Tim's suggestion that we also vent along the fascia to aid air flow. I got a modest price on replacing plywood and if ANY questions arose, I received a quick and courteous response. All work was completed as had been agreed upon and Tim did the legwork dealing with my carrier and saved me a lot of frustration

From the time I was referred to Jim at Innovative Construction and Roofing by a friend of mine due to the hail storm in April, the experience was outstanding, I was going through some health issues at the time and Jim was very accommodating to my needs and worked around my medical visits, the roof and gutters exceeded my expectations and your crew was very neat and clean, Dwayne did some work on the kitchen from a leak and he was very kind and generous as well, I would definitely use your company again if needed.

Innovative was truly "innovative"! They suggested things for my roof that another roofer completely overlooked and they completed the job in a flash with professionalism. I would and have suggested Innovative without hesitation!

Picking the company you want to repair your home after significant storm damage can be a daunting task. Everyone has heard the horror stories of people getting ripped off. Work not being completed or being done in an unprofessional manner. Phone calls not returned, etc. etc. Yes you can hedge your bets by checking the BBB. (Innovative had a flawless record with them when I was checking them out.) But in the back of your mind with all of the home repair horror stories you hear. You’re still concerned if you’re making the right choice.



Well you can put those fears away if you choose Innovative Construction. From the day the project manager Tim came to our home everything has been handled in a professional manner. My dealings with the corporate office were few as most things flowed through Tim but I also had very professional dealings with Dave.



The craftsmen that Innovate employs all seemed to have the same attitude. To do the job right the first time with no corners being cut. We used Innovative to handle every component of our storm damage. Roof replacement, roof window replacement, water damage repairs to our chimney, gutter and gutter topper replacement, screen replacement, siding and fascia replacement. Everything they worked on either met or exceeded our expectations and I can be a bit picky!



I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt strongly about letting perspective customers know that you won't go wrong with choosing Innovative Construction and Roofing.

Innovative Construction and Roofing is simply the best. We called their office and within hours they had their sales rep Austin out to check our home for hail damage. We knew that our siding was damaged, but had no idea that our gutters and roof had sustained so much harm.

Austin walked us through the insurance process and explained the insurance report beautifully. This was our first claim and we were a little skeptical of the out of town companies coming in, taking our money and leaving us empty handed. Innovative is 100% locally owned and operated, and that made us sleep better at night.

My husband and I would highly recommend using Innovative Construction and Roofing.

It was a great experience doing business with Innovative. Our salesman Patrick was great to deal with and they completed all the work that was discussed. Workmanship and materials where top notch. We could not have asked for anything more. We have recommended Innovative to family and friends.

We used the Innovative for our office and warehouse roof. Patrick and Curtis have been wonderfull to work with. I would highly recomend them to anyone. They went above and beyond and completed the work without any issues.

This company is pretty much the total package, from customer relations, to quality of their work. First off, they were far more responsive than the seven other companies I had called to get estimates on. My salesman Luke, showed up to my home within one day of me calling to request an estimate on a whole roof replacement. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, and was able to get me the final written cost of the project on the same day he came out to bid the job. He also oversaw the roofing crew, to make sure that the job was done correctly. The roofers themselves didn't mess around when putting on my new roof. They worked quickly and were able to do the whole job in one day, which even required some decking to be replaced. Upon completion, the area around my home was nearly spotless. The roof itself looks excellent, and they even offered to come out and do some follow up work for free once I tuck point my chimney. You would think that a company offering such a high level of excellence would come at a steep cost. It didn't. They were by far the lowest bid over all the other companies that came out.
