Always excellent service. Been using them for a year now and they have been able to fix my problems quickly and explain things so i can understand what the problem was.

I am a tech and I did work for Techs in Sec ,,,

You need to under stand the market. Tech in a sec has no employees they outsource who ever is willing to accept their payment, which its about $35.00 an hour. remember you are paying about $100.00 an hour plus a service call charge , which the tech does not get any of it. You wounder who will work for this company, (one who is still learning or could not find a job). The one man business is setting some where with internet and a phone acting as a middle man.

My advice take your computer to your local (small business) store (not best buy or staples) I am sure there are a lot in your area. You got to know him you see for your self that is license and legit. invest in your community and save. Hope this help.

They offer good service which was fast, reasonable price and professional. I hate calling service companies but they made it a pleasant experience for me.

Very Happy happy with the service. They were professional and gave me the option of someone coming to me or doing it over the phone. Tech came to my home and everything is working fine again.

Worst service ever! Techs don't know what they are doing, and they overcharged me for fixing a virus, which I later found out wasn't fixed properly! Techs were rude. Please don't use them, very bad service!!!!!

I am writing this review in response to the comments listed below. I have used this company several times in the past and never experienced the fake claims of the reviewer listed below. I went on here today to get the companies number to schedule another service call and saw this nonsense reviewers comments. He seems to be an upset competitor or something. His accusations dont even make much sense. He even goes as far as saying they dont exist and dont even have a website. Well if you look to the left you will see their website link which works perfectly as it always has for years. Yes it is right dont believe everything you read, even my comments. Google them and you will see their reputation is outstanding.

I can't believe this crap!!! I found out how you got so many 5 star reviews!!! A tech was AT MY HOUSE WRITING A REVIEW ON THIS FOR THE COMPANY ON MY ON COMPUTER!!! WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS????? YOU ARE THE FAKEST LOAD OF CRAP ANYBODY HAS TO OFFER!!! YOU PROBABLY DON'T EVEN PAY TAXES!!

One company to call for all our locations. I once had to try and find several companies in many areas to help support some of our offices. I now have to call one place to deal with all my offices. It makes things much easier knowing I can rely on one company and one place for payment.

All the computer does in contract local tech in your area already. They charge a lot of money. The biggest issue is who they choose to computer to your business. They choose the cheapest they can find. They do not check if the tech actually has the skill to do the job.

My daughter was moving to her new place for University. techs in a sec was very helpful getting her apartment setup so she could get online and work thruout her apartment.

Great Service from start to finish. I Don't know what the last poster is talking about as we were treated very well.

As an accountant I rely on my PC especially now during tax time. When i discovered my PC was acting up I was in a panic. I called this company in the hopes they could save me a lot of agony. I write this with great pride as they saved my computer and all my data. An accountant down at tax time would have been a disaster. THANK YOU!!!

Tech was great and fixed my problem straight out. I am happy.

We have used Geeksquad in the past as we didnt know other options and were never really happy. We called techs in a sec and realized that there are much better choices out there. Techs were able to come to the house the next day and charged a fair price. So i guess we wont be calling geeksquad anymore.

the tech went to your location for 4 hours, charged you for 2 hours, and your complaining? Don't you get paid for working?

I was told by a friend that my PC was not fixable. I called this company and they insisted that it was software related and there was nothing wrong with the actual computer and that they could correct the errors. After about an hour or so after they started working on it the computer was working perfectly again. Good company to call.

they did a great job cleaning my computer of the spy ware that was on it. i am happy with the service.

Good Service. I have had them to my home and office a few times in the past. Never had a problem with them as they seem to get the job done at a fair price.

I did not know that this is a company that hires computer people within your area to do the work on their behalf.

Needless to say it could be Joe the IT person or Joe the plumber.



They don't care. They just get anyone who can do it for the right money without checking their qualifications or experience to get the job done. Well the job did not get done.



A technician came to my house and promised me to fix the problem quickly but after a week and an invoice the problem was still there.



I was very unhappy with the invoice and the lock of computer knowlege.



Stay away from these people.
