I would happily recommend these people to anyone. Service was quick and to the point. The end result is everything is working good again and they fixed my computer in no time flat.

Professional services and attitude. When our equipment goes down we need pros to help and not amateurs. We are very pleased with the services from this company.

I was traveling and accidentally deleted some pics I really wanted to keep. This company was able to recover my data and pics. I am very grateful for their help.

I recently did some traveling and all my pictures were on a memory card which I deleted by mistake. After panicking I called this company. They were honest and told me they didnt guarantee they could retrieve but were fairly confident they could. Well turns out they DID get my pictures back. I cant tell you how happy I am. I though I lost everything.

Not only have they faked the good reviews they have showing here but the tech's are out of date as far as abilities and lack the certified training necessary to fix computers in a professional way.

I am a small business owner who is clueless with computers. I usually have problems a few times a year. I turned to tech in a sec for help and love the results. I am a bit slow with these things and they are willing to walk me through the solutions I need the way I need to be instructed.

Excellent alternative to Geek Squad. I was tired of Geek Squad not showing up so I called Techs in a Sec to fix my network issues. They showed up ONTIME and were able to fix the connection issues our office was having. Want someone to actually show up? Call these guys.

Excellent service. I call them whenever I need computer help. They are always very polite and helpful.

10 Stars if possible. Techs in a sec is a good company to call for your business support issues. We have 30 employees and we are always having an issue we need fixed. We simply call or email them and they are here the next morning. I dont even need to pick up the phone if I dont want. I love the convenience and great service.

My laptop dropped and I was unable to start it. I was very concerned about losing my data. Now the laptop is working fine and everything was saved.

I call them regularly to make sure my office is running smoothly. I rarely have any issues without system as they keep them working the way they should. I would recommend them to any small business.

I received a computer setup for Christmas and was clueless on how to set everything up. They were able to get everything working correctly and show me how to use my new toys :)

I screwed up my computer with some virus thing and it wouldnt go online. Now its working great and I havent had any problems since they fixed it.

I have called Geek Squad a few times and have never really been happy with them but didnt know who else to call. I found these guys and figured I had nothing to lose. I was very pleased with the service and prices they charged. I paid probably half of what the geeks usually charge.

Complete crap. Dont use them.

This is a National Chain which has so many reviews because they use a call center. They do not have a bricks and mortar business in this area.
