We called for service for our garage door and got a same day appointment. Sterling arrived earlier than our scheduled time which was GREAT! He was able to finish setting up our unit that we were unable to do as well as replacing a part right away. Service was fast and our door works now! Pricing was reasonable. Thank you !

Our service was great Erica Kelcsh got us in quickly and was super friendly and helpful our technician Brandon was early even and very friendly and helpful and offered us several options he even put in a new light bulb because he noticed one was burned out up by the garage door! Very satisfied with your company! :)

The tech, Parker, was very knowledgeable, explained all the option. The repair was quick and professionally done. And the fact that he was able to come after hours (19:30) made our life way easier, as one car was in the garage and one outside, while the garage door had a broken spring.

On Wednesday our garage door broke in a partially-open, non-secure position. We called A Plus Garage Doors and Sterling came within a couple hours. Sterling discussed with us our various options, what they would cost, and the probable life expectancy of each. He patiently answered all of our questions and without any pressure allowed us to choose the alternative that was best for us. We chose to replace the entire 19-year-old door and set an appointment for its installation the following Tuesday. Much to our relief, Sterling also repaired our old door sufficiently to have it function for the intervening days.On Tuesday morning Eli came with the new door. Due to human error the door was not the door we ordered. We rescheduled the installation for Thursday. Today (Thursday) Eli arrived punctually with the correct door and proceeded with its installation. Eli had a great attitude and work ethic. He removed the old door; unloaded, set up and installed the new door with amazing efficiency; adjusted the door to my satisfaction; adjusted the opener to perfection; installed the trim; and touched up a couple of very minor manufacturing chips in the paint that I hadn't even noticed. Eli did the entire job on my 8x16 foot door by himself, amazing me with his strength, planning, knowledge, and efficiency. Not a wasted movement !! Throughout, Eli was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He cleaned up after the job and left us completely satisfied with A Plus Garage Doors. I would recommend A+ Garage Doors to anyone! Their service was amazing. They came out the very next day after I called and my door was fixed before 10am. The person who serviced our door, Craig Kelsch, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He not only did a great job fixing the door, he fixed the sensor that would keep the problem from happening again. We had previously had our garage door repaired a few months earlier and it cost almost twice as much and they did not even check the sensor. I was thrilled with the quality of service from A+ Garage Doors.

We've had A+ out to work on our garage doors. They provided an appointment time and confirm prior to arrival. Great customer service. Not always easy to find these days. The tech Lynn was professional and fixed the problem, not just a complete door replacement. I would use them again and I have.

We hired A Plus Garage Doors to repair our worn out springs. Sterling was so kind, professional and fast. He listened to all of my concerns with the problems that we had with our first set of springs, and made sure to give us a quality set that will last longer. Our garage door was loud, squeaky and would not close on it's own. We had to press against our garage door to get it to close. We should have called A Plus sooner! Why A Plus? : I saw a coupon for APlus in the mail, liked that it was Gephardt approved, and called them yesterday for service today, between 9-11am. Technician Parker called before he arrived, and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Very fast! What he fixed: Parker replaced the cheap rollers with quality ones, lubricated the garage door system, and explained his work. He was professional and friendly. We opened the garage door several times. It works great. My husband was very impressed by the work, and we regret waiting so long to get our garage door fixed.If you have a loud, squeaky garage door that won't close without having to get out of your car to assist closing it, we highly recommend A Plus Garage Doors and Technician Parker for fast, quality work at a decent price.

My home went up for sale and I started to have all kinds of contractor issues. Some don't show up. Others do and their work is horrible. Some quote outrageous prices, and some can't even do anything for weeks out. I happened to contact A Plus Garage Doors because, of course I couldn't reach the last garage door company I called, and Lynn came out the next morning. He not only identified 4 major issues the other guy had not, (some of which were very dangerous) but he also quoted me a more than fair price to fix them. The best part...He fixed my door that same hour! My doors are finally done after weeks of trying to get them done. Think I will ever use anyone else if I can help it - I think not! Very pleased with this company :)

Great service! We called late afternoon and a serviceman was there early morning the next day. Parker called before arrival and repaired and replaced with a new pair of springs within 30 minutes. Appreciated that he "just fixed the problem with no pressure to get more parts or services.

On July 11 my spring finally bit the dust!. Ryan did a great job! QUick, Knowledgable and replaced my broken spring in no time at all. I would recommend him and A Plus to everyone. Ryan even drove out from Herriman to get my job done on very short notice. called at 7:00 am, he was at the house at 11:00 amthanks again!

Parker came out to my house in Pleasant Grove and not only told me what the problem was but showed me all the things that may have contributed to the problem. Now my problem is fixed and so are a few other issues I would not have even noticed or thought of that would possibly cause the issue to happen again sooner. Plus the whole process only took about an hour or less. Very fast and very good work. Thanks Parker.

Lynn came out and completely changed out all the moving parts of our garage door. Our spring had broken and I hadn't noticed. Lynn had everything he needed to fix the door and it only took him 60 minutes. Our door now works like new.

Scheduled a service time between 10am-12pm. Parker called right at 10:00 to say he was on his way. Great service with no pressure. Parker explained what service was needed and the different options we had. No pressure to do things not needed at the present time but explained what might be needed in the future. Great to work with! Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service and friendly employees!
