Pros: Answered on the weekend, arrived within 1 hr service window on a holiday, performed work fast/correct. (replaced torsion springs)Cons: Attempted to sell me on EVERYTHING, which is just business; however, when I declined to replace my (fully functional, greased, spinning free) steel rollers, the "lifetime warranty" became 1 yr. If my steel rollers are the cause as per the work order, what roller failure could cause springs to break?After looking up the replacement springs online, they billed me on the high end of the 80-120/ea estimate. Online, the replacements are about $40/ea I'm no metallurgist, so they *could* be better, but 100k life cycle pitched is questionable with the same gauge and length of spring as the original. Had I known the warranty would be 1 year, I wouldn't have bothered fixing both sides.I feel between the cost and switch on warranty without ANY disclosure that all recommendations must be purchased, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone.

Ryan was able to repair our garage door on the same day I called him. Service was excellent and fast. His previous job was in Sandy and he ran all the way to Layton from there to do the repair after 5pm even and on July 5th to boot (I didn't even think anybody was going to be open). The price was extremely reasonable. We're thinking of getting a new garage door in November and there's only ONE place I'm going to call!

Thank you Parker! Came out last Saturday evening fix fixed my springs on my door. I couldn't get out to be somewhere. He was fast, nice, and there price was cheaper than the other guy who I called. Thanks again

My garage door spring broke and I could not get my car out of the garage as the door wouldn't open. I called this company simply because I had a coupon for $25 off, and they told me on the phone that a spring repair starts at $89 and up. They gave me a time between 1-3pm, and the guy arrived right at 3. He gave me all sorts of options for the repair, starting with a $500 repair and going down to $260 for two springs and no other parts. I hadn't mentioned that I had a coupon yet, but when I did, the guy said that everybody has a coupon and so that is already figured into the price. Sounds like a little bit of a scam to me, but since I had to get my car out of the garage, it left me with not much of a choice. The repair was fast - under 30 minutes.

I called them on a Friday and they came to my house the next Tuesday to put in the brand new garage door. It works perfectly fine with no issues. I was surprised that they wouldn't accept the $100 coupon I had off a new double garage door, (that's why i called them in the first place). I understand it was a contractor that worked on it, but the contractor works for the company, and should accept it. If coupons aren't accepted, then don't offer them. He also didn't set up the garage door to the electrity of the house and said we'd have to call an electrian to do that. Good thing my Father-in-law was able to help with that. The garage door opener was not included and would cost an extra $80. However, the contractor was very nice and professional, and gave me a detailed explanation of the door - it was completed within a few hours that day.

My garage door spring broke and A+ fixed it the next day. They gave me a great price and the door opens and closes much better than it has done in years.

What sold me on A Plus Garage Doors was they did appointments from 5 to 7 pm. I work in the day so taking a half day off sitting around wondering if the service repair guy is going to show is a lesson I learned long ago to avoid. I called around 6 and asked if the appointment was still on. The receptionist assured me they could come anytime between 5 and 7 and said they would call back to confirm the appointment. Within 10 minutes Jake called back and another 15 he arrived. He was very professional and courteous. His replaced by tension springs and did an overhaul on the rollers and the bearings on a 20 year old door in only about 30 minutes. I will definitely call them the next time I need service.

Gave these guys a call on a weekend and they csme right out. I thought it would be this big deal and they had it fixed in a half hour. Good reliable service and felt like I got a good price compaired to the others I called. Thanks A + !!!! Chris K

these people came out to fix our garage seemed like really nice people the guy was very friendly

he told us that if we did the top service for $350.00 that everything would be covered "LIFE TIME WARRANTY"

by buying this service all you need to do is that anytime something is wrong just call us we will be out to make any

adjustments nessacary. if you need parts that we did not replace you would have to pay for the parts which i trhought was fare so 2 months go by garage was working fine. well all of the sudden the garage stopped closing all the way

so I called and thought no big deal the guy was great when he was here right. What a mistake that was I spoke with his wife tried to tell here the problem that it wasnt closing properly and she instantly told me that would be $55.00 dollars

just to come look at it. I tried to proceed to tell her that I bought the service plan for $350.00 she slammed the phone down and hung up. my wife kept trying to call and she would pick it up and hang up.... DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE PEOPLE THERE ARE TO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WILL STICK TO THERE WORD.

I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET ONCE YOU PAY THEM ITS OVER!!!!

Great service at a discount to my husband and I. We ran into our garage door and thought we would spent alot of money to get it fixed. They were able to repair it and even made it sound better.
