Great to be able to book blood tests here with the nurse instead of waiting for ages at a hospital. Have 2 kids and have found the open access surgery great when one of them is suddenly ill. Have seen most of the doctors and all have been fine, some with a more friendly patient manner than others but all very respectful. The weight and blood pressure machine is very handy for keeping track of your health. I haven't used online booking of appointments but it is available. We moved house and were very pleased to be able to stay on here as quite frankly looking online to change surgeries the reviews are all so negative it is a frightening prospect. It seems that most of the very negative reviews have an axe to grind, so it is clear that this site isn't really very helpful in changing surgeries.

You can book appointments on line or turn up to the open access 08.30am - 10.30am,, I have found the medical staff and the administration to be 100%. Professional and very polite...

Yes you may have to wait to see an open access, and yes many patients on a Monday could go to a chemist, who may be able to offer, help...

The consultant is by far the most genuine caring doctor I have ever met and the staffs all sing their praises too. The nurses were so attentive and one has kept me entertained in the early hours of the morning. All the staff who work here are wonderful and caring. Great team and just fantastic all round.

Courteous without being overbearing. Pleasantly informal. Highly knowledgeable. Most importantly, an excellent outcome. Definitely have to go here. The surgeons are very reassuring and the care is top quality. Highly recommended for anyone who lives in or near and for anyone staying in the area as well.

I woke up with some flu like symptoms and for my busy work schedule, I couldn’t manage to take it to an urgent care on Tuesday. There was no any sign of relief and by the next day it made my way to this walk-in clinic. I don’t prefer to wait for hours in a doctor’s office while coordinating with a busy work schedule.

After arriving at the clinic first I thought I have to draw at least two hours out of my day. Six patients were waiting ahead of me in the waiting room. But for my surprise within ten minutes a nurse came and took me to another room for taking the vitals. It was also GREAT to see doctor Amir in a few minutes. He was kind, personable and thorough. He took his time to listen to me and asked several questions and made me feel comfortable while speaking with him. He recommended a flu shot with other medication and the nurse came after to administer the shot. I was in and out of their clinic within half-an hour. It was a nice experience and thanks to their professional team for FAST and effective service.

After literally years without seeing GP. I have recently visited three times and seen three different doctors. On each occasion I was treated with care and respect. The doctor listened carefully to me (and I do tend to waffle!) explained the diagnosis, described the treatment clearly and discussed it with me, reassured me, and was friendly and courteous. Very positive experience.

I had been to this urgent care last week and to my surprise, I received an exceptional level of care. First, I was skeptical after having seen the reviews on yelp. But I am new to this location and don’t have much knowledge about any doctors office. I wanted to get rid of the problem as soon as possible and the walk-in clinic comes on my way to work. That’s why I decided to give it a try.

The wait time was minimal that only took 10 minutes to be seen by doctor Amir. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed me in a way I felt totally secure and comfortable. I told him about my pre-existing condition and in the prescription he made it sure that I can use the medication without having any negative impact on it. His care and tenderness made me feel secure and I was in a good hand. If I live in this area for long I would be visiting this urgent care again. The facility is also clean and I definitely recommend.

I was suffering from cold, cough and sore throat for more than two weeks and suspected it to be an allergy. I was asked to wait there for the doctor to see me, but then, in not more than 10 minutes without any prior appointment then I was called by Dr Amer examined me and suggested for medical test. According to the reports, it was found that I was having some serious lung problem. I started worrying and had a good follow up with the clinic. I was very much amazed with their complete co-operation which I have never seen in any of the clinics I have visited so far. It is one of the best clinics with cutting edge labs, tools and technology.

I would give the first priority to Doctors Immediate Care Clinic for medical assistance. I love the place, atmosphere, the staff and the way they treat. They gave me a life.

I walked into this clinic last night again after my last month visit. I was really wonder that how cool these people are with so good attitude. Receptionist was wished me when I was entered into clinic.

I prefer Urgent care centers only because of no waiting times and quick process. But, these guys make me wait for an hour to see my doctor. Later process was gone well as every urgent care do that. The best part I was experienced here is my doctor Dr. Amer, he is a cool guy having the good attitude towards his patients. Thank you Amer.

My doctor has always been very caring, understanding, respectful and professional. They explain things clearly and makes sure you understand what is happening and that you have no further questions before leaving. There is sometimes a wait in, but this is because the doctor gives you the time you need, rather than clock watching. There is also sometimes a 1-2 week wait for an appointment with them, but this is because they are popular with the patients. Other staffs in the practice have always been polite and helpful.

I have just recommended the practice to a friend who has just joined.

From registration through to surgery the team was outstanding. The Consultant and his team are a credit to the Doctors immediate care Clinic along with the nurses. After a month of the procedure done to my wife, am glad and very happy that she is at peace and very much relieved from all her sore throat pains and discomfort she has gone through several months ago...it's all the wonderful team at best clinic who has made it so easy with a big smile on the face all through the procedures and transforming the smile to us with all kindness and positive gesture..

Great service. Up to date with giving you the convenience of follow-up emails and appointment reminders through text instead of a phone call. Water and treats at the front, nice dentists, receptionist, & hygienists. Great location!

I went to this urgent care clinic for the first time because of a sinus infection. I make an appointment through phone the receptionist over the phone is very helpful and understand the patient problem and immediately confirmed my appointment. The staff and doctors were all so efficient, professional, and nice. I was called by a nurse, then the doctor came in treated me with some antibiotics and recommend me to go for a medical test. Coming to this urgent care clinic I only had to wait less than an hour for my medical reports. I read some of the negative reviews by some of you people on here, I don’t know why but I find this clinic is perfect. I will highly recommend and definitely go back to this clinic in future.

I had a great experience last week at the walk in clinic. Got an appointment in advance and walked in around 7pm the receptionist, staff and doctors are polite, I had to wait ten minutes for my routine checkup. I didn’t wait too long to be seen by the doctor. I saw Dr. Amer he was so friendly and caring to all patient in this clinic. I was out of the clinic by 7:30pm including getting my medicines from the pharmacy which is attached to the clinic. I would definitely recommend this clinic to a friend for their excellent service.

Yesterday I got back from this walk-in clinic after being seen by doctor Hatem. What a nice and personable doctor! I came here in the morning without an appointment. Despite of five patients sitting in the waiting room it didn’t take much time for me to be seen. As I arrived the front desk lady greeted me and gave some forms to fill. The waiting room was clean and had every facility like kids play set, comfy cushions, internet. As it got cleared it was my turn, Wow! It was nice experience with doctor Hatem. He was super friendly and efficient. I was in good hands, especially at the time when I was not feeling the best. He gave me a shot and I got the my prescription and were ready to leave their clinic in less than 30 minutes.



A GREAT experience and I would be coming back if the need arises again.

I don’t write reviews much, but here I had a really amazing experience and couldn’t resist myself appreciating their staff. I was about to head to an official trip the next day and I started feeling sick and lousy for the sinusitis. Thought it would be good to get it checked out right away and started searching for the doctor’s office on the web. I found this walk-in clinic close by and called up to make an appointment. It was 7pm and they told they could take me in.



After checking in I met the receptionist and filled out some papers. There was no wait time at all and the moment I finished filling the paperworks a nurse ushered me to see the doctor. The clinic was pretty clean and had every facility for standard medical care. I met doctor Amir, very attentive and knowledgeable and when I talked to him I felt like as I was talking to my close friend. He provided a nasal spray and I felt much better after applying it. Filled the prescription on site and took my way back to home.



By the morning my infection was almost cleared up and I was ready for the scheduled trip. Thanks to their team for such a nice experience and I would be coming back again if any health issue arises.

I had been there last week because I felt sick and convinced myself that I needed to see a doctor. So I headed to this urgent care. It was located in a convenient location and you don’t need any appointment to be seen by a doctor. There were a good number of friendly people on staff. The receptionist greeted me and asked to fill the light paperworks. She took the details of my insurance and I spent about five minutes waiting to be seen by a doctor.



Doctor Amir was very nice, knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. His bedside manner made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They had all the equipment's for testing on site. He ended up prescribing some medications and they filled the script on site. I got seen within 30 minutes and drove off to my work. It was a nice experience I have ever had in any walk-in clinic. I recommend this place if you’re looking to see a doctor without any unnecessary wait or delay. They’re very quick and efficient.

Came here on last Saturday to get my ear infection checked out. Arrived by 9 AM and the receptionist greeted me and she informed their pricing when I spoke to her about my insurance. There was no wait at all and I was seen by doctor amir right away. He was very attentive and friendly. Throughout the procedure he was thorough and explained everything I needed to do. This was a far better experience than the doctors previously I had been seen in another urgent care. Doctor Amir ended up with a prescription and I was sent on my way to get the prescription filled. The whole process from check-in and having the prescribed medicines in my hand took about 30 minutes.

This is a well run urgent care facility having professional and attentive staff who cares for your health. The spotless interiors and facilities inside was up to date. Overall, I had a nice experience and a good urgent care to be seen for any healthcare issue.

One of my friend recommended this walk-in clinic based upon his experience when had a strep throat. I had an ear infection that needed to clear up. On a Saturday morning I headed to this clinic. Absolutely, as my friend said it didn’t fall short of my expectation. First, I met the courteous receptionist and filled formalities. I had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room because they seemed busier on that day. It was almost one hour I waited to be seen by a doctor. Finally, I met doctor Tabassum and his way of treating was excellent. He never made me feel rushed and listened to my concern with rapt attention. Went through his medical process and came out with a solution had me leaving there feeling much better. He wrote a prescription and I needed to collect the medicines from local CVR.

Anything didn’t let me down except the long wait time. Their staff is professional and know their duty very well.

Really this was the best experience I have ever had from an urgent care. I had a nasty strep throat and wanted to consult with a doctor as early as possible. After searching online found this clinic near to my area and it was about 10 minutes drive. I am new to this area and don’t have much idea about good doctors. But this clinic didn’t disappoint me and found everything as I expected. Their staff is very nice and courteous. Doctor Amir took his time and listened to me attentively. He didn’t make me feel rushed. I was in good hands of this walk-in clinic. At the end dr amir wrote up a prescription and 10 minutes later I picked up my medications at a local CVR. The whole process from arriving at the clinic and having medications in my hands was less than an hour. It was all possible for the nice and competent staff this urgent care has.
