I was talking to my boss this morning and she asked me to see if it will be possible for her to work from 9:00am to 5:00pm we need more help in the afternoon with the scheduling of our patients. Our organization works on government contracts and therefore requires a different set of guidelines that must be followed. Our supplier/partner sets high standards for themselves, they expect no less from the candidates they place in any organization.

The Mahone Group in Marietta is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. The Owners names are Rob and Susan Young. I was interviewing with their ONE and ONLY recruiter and I saw an African American woman leaving upset. I then heard Susan say that there was no way she will send her on an interview because she was black and had braided hair!! I was in shock and couldn't believe what I was hearing. The lady interviewing me said she would be right back and that she had to ask Rob and Susan a question. I then heard Rob yelling and cursing at her. This recruiter was in tears and I could tell that this was something that happened quite often at this establishment. Rob came into the room to finish interviewing with me like nothing had happened and I politely excused myself and left. I contacted a friend of mine that had an interview there and she said Susan was so rude and mean to her that she couldn't believe the company was still open. She also told me that Susan and Rob said their applicant that had just got done interviewing with them was too fat to be sent on an interview with the client. There are no positives about this company and they do not help people find jobs. You are a $ sign to them when you walk in the door. They also won't tell you that quite often a company will only keep you a short time even if you get hired and then turn around and fire you. This company is not worth your time or your mental stability. You would do much better finding a job on your own.

This company doesn't know how to treat anyone. If you decide you think you want to use them/work for them have them give you a list of former employees and ask them... Horror stories!!!
