We had new windows put in on our older home and find great energy savings. They also worked with us to preserve the look of some leaded glass trim on three big windows and installed permanent storm windows on those. Everyone was very nice and everything was cleaned up well after the installation. I would recommend them.

Mad City Windows is a great Company! The people are wonderful! They are polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. The windows are great! They keep out the drafts and heat from the sun!

We love our new windows from mad city. They did everything they could to make them affordable for us. The windows make our home look nicer. The windows help keep the inside cooler with the warm temps outside. The installers we nice and professional. They showed up on time and went through everything with us before and after to make sure we were ok with everything. We would recommend mad city to anyone who is getting new windows.

Had a real bad experience with their sales. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them no stars. Had someone come to the house and give us the presentation (which was 2 hours long), gave us the cost and we said "No, we can't do this." He proceeded to try to persuade us that we can do it with the right financing. We don't finance things like this so again we said, "No, not going to happen." After several rounds of this and upsetting my young kids and wife with his insistence, I get fed up and order him to get out of my house. He just sits there and tries to argue some more. I m about ready to call the police to get this guy out of my house! You don't sit and continue to argue with someone after they order you to leave. Never going to consider Mad City Roofing ever again, and I encourage you to make sure that if you do, don't let them send Dominic. Saw previous review of someone feeling like a prisoner in their own house for two hours. Sounds exactly like my experience. With the high pressure tactics and the bullying. Not to mention that they falsely advertised a gift card for an in home estimate.



Avoid MCR at all costs, unless you like being bullied, insulted and made to feel stupid.
