The Crew was wonderful! They educated me throughout the process of putting in the new shower. Very clean from start to finish and LOVE the new shower.

Our crew was the most wonderful group of guys! They were super workers, polite, courteous and they cleaned up so well you would never even know they were here! Except for the beautiful new bathroom!

We chose mad city as return customers. Sales and measure went well. Date of install came and production of product was wrong, so install date was set. Not all product for install was on truck so I talked to supervisor who would make sure all materials for install would be brought. Second install date came, product was correct, but as a one day job it took 14hours, was to long, very frustrating. No chance to use my only bathroom to get ready for dinner and show date with my husband. Installers were very polite and professional, it just took way to long. 98% pleased with the product and job done. Thanks to Sarah for listening and passing on my frustrations.

new windows are beautiful and my heat any shuts off when it gets to temp instead of running non-stop,i can feel the cost of my propane usage dropping every day...thanks guys!!

What a transformation! The tub and surround take the bathroom to a new level. It sets the bar for the rest of what we need to do to finish our remodeling of the bathroom. All it took was for me to see the results of a friend's installation to make me say, "I have got to have that!".
