We are fairly new to Associated Supply Company but we have been very pleased with their products and their customer service. They tailor their services to your needs. All of the products we have purchased have been great.

My compnay has been doing business with Associated Supply for as long as I can remember. Customer service is always excellent, and RELIABLE. I can count on shipments to arrive as promised, and I never have to worry about runnning out of supplies. As the shop manager my hands are always full and it's nice to have one less thing to worry about!

Our foundation has been getting its printer ink from Associated Supply for some time now and we are very pleased with the service, price, and follow-through.

I have had the pleasure of using Associated Supply exclusively for our ink and toner needs for the past few years. Our rep Sam is great. Always friendly and personable on the phone and he understands that we are a small business that doesn't burn through a large quantity of ink or toner. He has worked with us and never makes me feel like the little guy when I am placing an order with them. I really appreciate that. Overall I am very happy with the service, product, and Sam. Associated Supply Company has provided great service through our rep James and the team which backs him. The check-up calls are appreciated and that the selling is informative and not pushy. I have looked at a lot of different companies and associated has the best prices I have been able to find. There customer service is top notch. I always enjoy when they call (don't dread it like some other companies) They are always friendly and upbeat - can't beat the value!

Mary is an excellent customer service rep. We purchased a new Canon multifunction color laser machine and needed black and color cartridges after a few weeks. Mary did an outstanding job of getting the cartridges to us quickly at an excellent price. Shipping was excellent.

Small businesses need support from customer service reps that care about their customers. My sales rep is Sam, he is always on top of my cartridge orders before I know what I need.

I have always experienced great service with Associated Supply. They have very competitive prices on the toner cartridges I need - cheaper than Costco! I always receive them in a very timely fashion - no more than 2 or 3 days after ordering. Also, they had the toner cartridges I needed and was having difficulty finding, so that was very helpful, also. The customer service is wonderful and I love getting gift cards with my orders.

I question the positive reviews received every other day or so as being realistic. I wouls look Positive reviews to have more company names posted with them. Positive reviews are proud and the recommending company would be glad to share their name as recommendation and proud of their own name for making that statement. With that many positive reviews one would think that non solicited phone calls would be required to support their business. Also their web page would be proud to display prices and compete at an honest level.

Great customer service, had a cartridge with a malfunction, they shipped one immediately and emailed a return label for the faulty one. Ink doesn't last quite as long as new but for the savings it is worth it.

Mary Johnson, one of the sales reps, has to be one of the nicest people I have ever talked to on the phone, and yet I have never actually met! I truly feel like she cares about me and our business. We get our supplies very quickly and she works so hard to make sure we are satisfied. GOOD people.

They are very friendly and once I place an order I get it very quickly. If I have ever had an issue they have always taken care of it quickly and with no hassle. Great company to do business with.

This product last longer and stands up better to anything you will buy in stores!! Well worth the money, shipping and very friendly people. Can be a little pushy, but the product is GREAT!!!

The product supplied by this company savedme time and money, period! My initial concern was quality, so I dated the cartridge and compared against the HP brand. It exceded the page output, and the quality was just as good! On top of this I saved about 20% and it was delivered right to my office. A winning combination!
