I have used Associated Supply Co. for several years, both the representative I have used are fantastic, as of late it is Mary! Always pleasant, helpful and checks on me and our needs periodically not constantly like others. I have never been disappointed in the products and would recommend them to everyone!

Associated Supply sent my company toner that I did not order. The supplies were received by office personell and used before I had knowledge that they were received. Since I did not order the supplies, I was not on the look out for them. When I contacted Associated Supply, they supposedly had documentation where I had personally ordered the supplies. I know that I would not have ordered from this company because I can get that toner much, much cheaper.

I have used Associated Supply Company for my toner needs for probably the last 3 years. My representative Sam has always been very helpful and dependable to check on me for our company's possible needs. He addresses any questions or concerns I may have without feeling bothered. What I am most appreciative for is the easy, fast and carefree service I receive without leaving my desk. I order and in just a couple of days my toners are here as ordered.

We just purchased toner cartridges for our Xerox Phaser printer. So far we haven't had any trouble. The color has been fabulous, just like genuine Xerox toner. We have always been unhappy with the refurbished brands we have used in the past. The ones from Associated have worked perfectly! No complaints!Thanks!

For over three years my company has ordered supplies and received excellent product at great pricing. Highly recommend this service. Our customer rep, Sam, always stays in contact, and sees that our orders are delivered quickly and correctly.

I am very small but have dealt with Associated about 3 years. I like that I can pick up the phone and immediately place an order. Many other vendors have decided that having their clients spending a lot of time trying to figure out a poorly designed website to place an order so they don't have to talk to us is somehow a good idea.

I have always bought through my local stores and also used the recyclable cartridges (not very pleased), but no more, ever since I have ordered from Associated Supply Company the quality is great and the customer service is great too.

I have been using Associated Supply for 4 years now and in all that time I haven't had to report any problems. They have great workers, and the customer service is awesome. I couldn't ask for a better supplier. I would recommend this to any business, small or large, that needs a supplier. I will definitely be staying with this supplier for years to come.

Mario at Associated Supply co. is the BEST. GREAT SER. AND GREAT SUPPLIES. Never had a problem, there products are the best.

I have nothing but good to say about Mario and Associated Supply. The Product has been everything Mario said it would be. As far as a salesperson, Mario is great. Never pushy always willing to call back when it's more convenient for me. We are a small company so don't use too much but we are treated as if our business really counts. Thank you Mario.

I have a small office in my home and have been a satisfied customer around 5 years. Mario is my sales rep. When he first called on me about supplies I was reluctant to place an order since I did not know the company. After I compared their prices to the office supply store, I decided to give them a try. I found their products to be just as good as I was getting in the office supply store at a higher price. The only time I was able to get a better price in the office supply store was when they ran a sale or if I had a coupon. My experiences with my rep and Associated Supply Company has been good. Mario asked me how often I wanted him to check back with me and I told him. He has never been pushy but checks with me as I requested. I recommend my rep and this company. Thanks, Liz

We absolutely love Associated Supply, we have tried other toner companies and have not been satisfied until we used Associated Supply. Costumer service has been great, we never have to call them, they always call us before we run out of toner and ask us if we need to order more. Unbeatable prices and great quality!

I was a pit leery of trying the ink that was not my usual HP brand. I have always for years now gotten my ink at Costco. I figured I could try it once and see. sometimes change is good. I have to say I am nothing but pleased. My husband was floored that I even agreed to try it. I asked him a few days ago to print some stuff out and asked him what he thought of the papers. He looked kinda funny as I was asking him to look at what he had just printed. He was being a dramatic saying it was the best printing he had EVER seen and on and on. I told him it was that new ink and they cartridges had been in for about 3 weeks. He looked again ( very serious this time) Then he opened the printer handed me the paper and said "You schooled me I really just thought you had not put them in yet. Looks just like the HP ones"

I have been getting my printer ink from Associated Supply since about 2007. Have always had great service from them. When my printer quit and I had left over ink from old one, they took the old ink back and replaced it with the new printer ink. Really like working with this company even though I don't by a big amount they still appreciate my business.

I've relied on Associated Supply Company for my office products since day one of my business. Even though I don't place extremely large orders, they always make me feel like I'm their #1 customer. That's why I keep going back!

When I received this call I was Oh No, not another sales call but as I listened to her talk about her company I was intrigued. I told her I did not have time to really discuss details and to e-mail me. JOELLEN was apprehensive but took my email address. Low and Behold, I actually got an email from her, explaining the company and how it operates. I responded with my own apprehension with information on my needs for the supplies I needed. Within 24 hrs she responded with quotes for what I needed. I called and spoke with her again and she made me feel comfortable with everything. I have since received my products which are working very well and everything she told me has been truth. Very refreshing.
