Great group. They are experienced in spray foam and give you all the details on what to expect. I was always hesitant to do spray foam because I wasn't certain about what to expect. But, Ira and Corey answered all my questions and provided me with as much information as possible. Since they did the spray foam in our attic, our house has been very cool and comfortable (whereas before, it couldn't keep up with the heat demands). This has probably been one of the best purchases that we have made for the house.

I had Sunlight spray foam the 4 attic spaces of our 90-year-old home in Metairie on the first day of summer, just a few weeks after purchasing it. The crew was on time, courteous, professional and very efficient - they did both a great job and cleaned up after themselves like true craftsman. The difference in our home was immediate - after spraying 5.5 to 6 inches on all the roof surfaces, the air leakage from the attics was cut in about half. The house now holds temperature when we are away much better, never getting above 81 degrees even on the hottest days. Previous owners of our house tried to solve their comfort problems with more air conditioning, installing both a 2.5-ton & 5-ton A/C system in the house, which both ran 12 hours a day. Since installing the foam, the 2.5-ton unit runs no more than an hour a day in the evening, and the 5-ton unit is down to 5-8 hours depending on the weather.

The Sunlight Contractors team did a fantastic job applying closed cell foam under our floor and open cell foam in our attic. Since the job's completion, the difference in temperature, especially on our upper level, has been remarkable and the team was a joy to work with. We would recommend Sunlight Contractors to anyone looking to improve energy efficiency and lower electricity bills.

We received excellent, informed customer service from Sunlight Contractors. All our questions were clearly answered and we were even recommended a roofer to help fix a 10 year old leak that just wouldn't quit no matter how many previous roofers had attempted to "fix" it. The process of obtaining an estimate is transparent and thoroughly explained, prices are appropriate given the quality of the materials used and and the services are in full compliance with industry standards. Sunlight just wrapped up my insulation today. There was a little confusion about the measurements, but they were open and transparent about it. The end result was great! They were the most thorough which is why I went with them.

Ira was very professional and honest throught the process. He honored his price even though we decided 5 months later to complete our open cell foaming. Corey and the crew was on time, very friendly and able to answer our questions. Unfortunately after completion and when the attic had time to vent, I went up to review the job and found some areas of our attic insulation not refitted and garbage left which should have been checked. When I called Ira he immediately sent someone back the next morning and professionally completed the job. I would recommend Sunlight very proudly even with the small issue.

This is by far the best spray foam company in the business, I've seen others work by nothing like this! From the start to the finish everything was professional. They are so knowledgeable about their product and they even provided material on it and about the company. Not many companies even provide anything. All of the crew who arrived at my house was very professional.
