After the recent flood in
Baton Rouge { 2016 } I am having to renovate my home. I
contacted Sunlight Contractor's and spoke to Ira ( very
nice and professional guy ) who explained how everything
would work. He also put me in touch with Project Manager
Corey ( very nice and professional guy also ) who came to my
home that afternoon ( his crew was working in Baton Rouge
that day ) and explained all to me . Knowing nothing myself
of what could be done , Corey walked me through my options ,
explained how he could give me line quotes on my different
options and then let me make a choice. When my quote came in
they were hired the next day. Very fair pricing. I had
contacted businesses in Baton Rouge but they either wanted
to much money, never came back after first look or did not
contact me back at all. I was sent all info I could possible
need to explain about instillation, material used and on the
company and crew from Sunlight Contractor's. Great Service.

Sunlight Contractors were really very professional, courteous, and thorough.
I am a Landscape Architect, so I design projects and see that they are constructed correctly. Every project has unexpected conditions surface, which have to be analyzed and addressed on the fly. I had just purchased an old house and, while installing spray foam insulation under my raised house, the Sunlight crew found mold and excessive dampness in the subfloor. They proposed methods of resolving the issues and took care of business. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I recommend Sunlight Contractors to everyone who needs home insulation.

Exceptional!! From my first visit to their impressive website, which tells you anything you ever wanted to know about foam and their company, to the first phone call with Ira and up to the last handshake with Corey and Kyron. What a great team, arrived early did a superb job and left the place cleaner than when they arrived! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Give them a call, you won't be sorry!

I called Sunlight Contractors and spoke to Ira on a Monday, and my house was insulated by that Friday! Ira was very informative and reassuring. I had spoken to several other companies that do insulation in crawlspaces, but Ira seemed the most knowledgable about insulation in general, the proper conditions for spraying the insulation, the different types that were available, and why certain types were more appropriate for certain areas of a house. He was able to provide me with alot of information about the specific product they used. They were very accommodating of my desire to have the work completed as quickly as possible. The work performed was excellent. They found mold underneath the house and remediated the mold a couple of days before spraying. I have peace of mind knowing that my house is protected, and I can't wait to see how low my utility bills are. I would recommend Sunlight Contractors to everyone.

I,ve been reading the reviews and no one has said anything about how sunlight contractors send out a crew of guys that does great work cleaning and preparing the work area before the other team of guys come and spray the foam.. I would gladly recommend sunlight contractors to anyone. .

Ira and Corey were able to remove our old blow-in insulation and spray the roofline with new insulation. They did a fantastic job and left with no hitches. Highly recommended!

Ira and Corey's crew were very professional in getting the job done (right). We just bought our house in uptown and trusted them to do a good job and they met our high expectation. We plan on using them again if we need more insulation!

The job has happened. The workers showed up within the promised time frame and they did their job, simple as that. During the spraying procedure, things were relatively quiet and there was no impact on my activities. They installed a temporary blower in my doorway so that I would not have to smell anything. When they finished, they took me to the attic to see what had been done, and everything looked good. I am anxious for a hot, sunny day so I can see the difference in my attic/garage temperature!

One thing to be aware of: if you have a square footage based on your floor plan, the attic roof square footage will be a little higher if you have a sloped roof. (Think triangles and the Pythagorean theorem.) The company will send out somebody beforehand to calculate the roof square footage and the actual cost for the job. The project cost might be a little higher than the estimate you got over the phone, but it is entirely fair because of the increased square footage.

Working with Ira, Corey, and the entire Sunlight team was a real pleasure. The team came to my house right on time, worked professionally, were polite, and did not waste any time. Ira provided me with a wealth of information prior to contracting and made me feel comfortable. Their prices were competitive and I am very happy with a job well done. I would definitely work with this team again!

This is a pre-review. I first called Sunlight Contractors for my spray foam project because of their good reviews on Angie's list. When I called the company, Ira seemed very knowledgeable. He sent me a lot of information about spray foam and the process, and what to look for in a contractor. The number of certifications held by the lead installer is very impressive! I anticipate the job to go smoothly. Ira made me feel like they had everything well-in-hand.

Sunlight contractors went above and beyond. The staff showed with a smiles and friendly greetings. They went right to work with effenciancy and total satisfaction in mind. I'd say to anyone, for you insulation removal, and demolition needs call Sunlight. I plan to use Sunlight when it's time to reinstall and for all my homes insulation needs.

Wanted to drop you a note to extend my appreciation, I am very pleased with the job done by your crew. I cannot believe the difference this has made, it is currently 98 degrees outside as I write and my ac unit just cycled off! This has never occurred during the hot summer months, it would just run for 10 hours struggling to keep up.

My attic is so much cooler, currently it sits at 88 degrees versus the 135 it was prior to the insulation. This was well worth my investment and I’m so glad you were the ones to do it.

I've searched the internet to find a quality provider for spray foam insulation for under my home. This is our second time changing out or floors and floor joists. Sunlight Contractors are a licensed and certified master sprayer. That means a lot in this business and led me to choosing Sunlight Contractors. Ira is very knowledgeable in this line of work and was very helpful.

Sunlight Contractors does what they say they are going to do. They were consistent, in electronic, telephonic, and in-person communication. They guided me on preparing for the work and explained the contract. They arrived on the scheduled date, and completed the work safely and efficiently. They did what they said they were going to do. I cannot sense any residual odor at all from the materials, and they even thoroughly cleaned the work areas in my home. This is what "service" is all about.

Sunlight Contractors were quick to return my initial call, on the ball about getting an estimate for me, and very helpful when I had questions about spray foam installation. Ira sent me a quote that was detailed and professional. It was also reasonable and accompanied by lots of information on spray foam.
