SPS just recently installed new doors to all its storage units. The transition was smooth and professional. I was able to access my storage unit as if no changes had been made at all. This is a "top-drawer" business that goes out of its way to put the customer at ease reassuring them that their belongings are safe and secure.

My things have been there for more than 2 years and the facility has always been clean. I've never had a problem with my items being stolen or anything like that every time I have gone to the facility my items have been intact.

I have rented with Security Public Storage for the last 9 months. Their team has presented great customer service. They maintain clean grounds and gives courtesy calls to prevent late fees on your account.

I’ve been with Security Public Storage since July of 2017. Facility is very clean and the office crew is very friendly and accommodating. Pricing very reasonable...I have no complaints!

Security Public Storage is a Great Place for storing things. Its safe and clean. The people that work in the office are so very nice on the phone and in person. I couldn't say anything nicer about this place.

I had an exceptional experience as a new customer. Robin was great over the phone and better in person. She did everything possible to make the rental process quick and easy. The place was very clean, and in nice central location.

I have been with SPS at West Shaw Ave in Fresno CA, for about 2 and a half years now. The management have always been kind and considerate. SPS will explain the rules well. SPS sends out closure date and time notifications before holidays and they will email statements and your receipts for your proof of payment and personal file. They will take off the insurance charge if you have our own Personal Property insurance. (Usually included in private Renters/HO Insurance). SPS will also add a beneficiary to the unit if needed; as I did with my son. They also sell premium locks and other items one may need, and at a great price. I thank SPS on site management for their kindness and helpfulness, especially when I consolidated my units. They have patience and understanding.

We have been using Security Public Storage on Shaw Avenue for over 3 years, and have had a very good experience with them. The managers, Stephanie and Robyn, are always helpful and available to answer questions and help us with solutions to our needs. The spaces are clean and easy to access. The security is very good also. This is a great place!

Very nice staff. Always gives u a sweet reminder of payment day or two b4 due. A little more then other storages but you'll have a peace of mind

Great place. But if your booking on your phone, don't. The map doesn't come up for you to see where the unit is. At least it didn't on mine. Other than that, a secure, the staff is nice, and it's clean.

So thankful the staff is friendly and the storage is kept up and clean. My first time renting and would recommend this to a friend.

From the location, to the security to the staff SPS is all that I was looking for in a self storage. I have recommended them to family and friends. Couldn't be more happy with my choice in having my belongings stored here.

Kept a storage unit here for a little more than a year... Stuff inside kept safe. My only complaint is that they don't allow you to use the dumpsters they have on site.
