I’ve had nothing but exceptional, friendly service at this location. I have had a unit for about 4 months, and was given a great deal. Efrem and his wife have been very professional and kind whenever I have interacted with them. I like that they have an alarm system that requires you to set your unit alarm each time you exit the facility - that makes me feel extra safe! I highly recommend this location!

Both Efrem and his wife are very professional and so kind! Any questions that I had they answered right away and really worked with me to make this transition so easy!

I have been a customer for many months now and I am very pleased with everything this storage facility has to offer.. The price is reasonable. The staff is very professional but still. Very polite and friendly. Even when i had a late payment they have been very understanding and patient with me..

This is my second time using Security Public Storage at this specific location. They are a really clean storage facility and Customer service is awesome.

I was looking for a storage unit last month and came across Security Public Storage, browsed through their website and found incredible deals so I inquired about it both via the telephone and via the chat function on their website. Their staff are very quick at responding and are very helpful! I was able to rent my unit at a very affordable price right away. They provided instructions about the gate and the location of my unit during my first time there, which was very helpful. I was also able to buy locks from their office, which made my moving trip very efficient. I would highly recommend this location.

This facility is absolutely great. I'm pleases with the cleanliness, security and easy access of this facility. I've never had an issue at this facility. The managers are very friendly and always available to help and assist with any inquiries. I highly recommend this facility. The price of my storage unit is fantastic too. I'm a very pleased customer.

Customer service is fantastic. I and my boyfriend weren't sure what size we needed to rent, but Efrem gave us advise and even took us to the available units to see which ones we might want to rent from them. Robyn explain all the paperwork thoroughly. Also the hours are fantastic. They open little later hours than any other storage unit. We've been very happy with their service and unit.

The customer service is professional and accommodating. I liked that they worked with me by giving me a discount for my first 2 months of storage fees.all around great customer service.

The customer service is always superb. I have multiple storage for work across the country and when I have to manage everything remotely having great customer service over the phone is an attribute that is highly appreciated. I have visited the facility and I can attest to the cleanliness and safety of this location as well. Efrem is always happy to help and goes above and beyond making sure that everything is seamless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy place for storage.
