Kelly and Luke were excellent. They arrived within the window sent to me and also sent multiple reminders of the appointment. They cleaned all of our roof gutters---a job made difficult by the one 2nd floor room and the addition of a screen room and work shed, both with their own gutters. The were thorough, and extremely neat. They collected the gutter litter instead of throwing it down into the plants and patio areas. I would hire them again in a flash. Their price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put into the job. I was very, very happy with the service they provided us.

Repeat customer. First time for removal/pressure wash driveway for removal of moss; made such a difference, extended pressure wash for walkways and patio; never realized how dirty the aggregate concrete had become - quite a difference! Fortunately for me, Kelly and team had some "kill" time before their next appt and were able to complete the entire job within the initial appt time slot. Kelly and team arrived on-time, friendly, professional service; pricing is competitive (as a repeat service customer, competitive pricing is pretty much a "given" from my perspective). Sierra Vista Maintenance is my go-to company for the services provided.

My mom needed her gutters cleaned in December and we had no idea who to use so we looked at Yelp and found Sierra Vista Maintenance. It was super easy to get a quote and we basically did everything by text, which was the easiest thing for me! We were assigned Kelly Salas and received reminders and and email so I could add it to my calendar. Kelly and I think his son arrived promptly at the appointed time. My mom said they were super nice and very professional. They suggested adding this thing on the pipe to stop clogs, the added price was so reasonable we decided to do it. We will definitely be using SVM again!

Jason came on time and did a great job to fix our gutter problem, and also helped to check other areas that one area gutter loosen in one place, and fixed it too.

Sierra Maintenance was great, they provided me with a date and time and showed up early. Communication was enhanced by use of text and email so I knew exactly when they were arriving. They were very professional, made sure my gutters and downspouts were cleaned and working well. Perfect timing before the storm. All debris was cleaned up and area spotless. Price was appropriate for amount of work, since we have a lot of oak trees that drop onto our roof. I would definitely use them again. They also do window so am considering using them after all the rain.

Sierra View Maintenance performed a quality gutter cleaning and seam sealing service on my 2 story home in Cameron Park. They also provided gutter guard installation where I was having frequent tree debris causing a downspout to clog. Kelly and his crew are friendly and the best at what they do!
