We were startled to learn how much it cost to have our windows cleaned. But, by the time 3 young men spent 7.5 working the whole time, we understood the price and were more than happy with the results. It is not easy to clean 55 windows inside and out plus clean all the tracks of the sliding doors and windows. Our screens were filthy with dust and now they are clean too. The people who did the job were extremely polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with this company in all ways.

If your looking to get your gutters clean, find another company. Yes they will scoop debris, but they don’t use water, hoses or pressure washers to clean your gutters or downspouts. They were still dirty and muddy when finished. I asked for my pictures and they only gave me 1 picture and certainly is not what I call clean. Keep looking and find another company.

We have been using Sierra Vista Maintenance for a couple of years. I called William two weeks ahead to make the appointment. The communication through text message worked pretty well for us. Kollin came at the scheduled time and finished the job in one hour. He even applied glue for a cracked tile for us and took a picture of some of the tiles that needs professional repair. Nice job!

We've been customers for a few years now; we had Sierra Vista clean our gutters, put gutter covers on and clean our windows, and we just had the windows washed again last week. We're very happy with everything that Sierra Vista has done for us, and now a couple of our neighbors have become Sierra Vista customers as well.

Arrived early. Professional, courteous and efficient. Cleaned up and left the house gutters like new. Blew off the roof and installed down spout filters. Would recommend to anyone. Will also use them for window/screen cleaning
