I have used CleanCab on several occasions and have had a great experience every time. The staff is always courteous. The cabs are the cleanest and best maintained vehicles I've ever ridden in. I just wanted to say I am amazed with the service and the price of this company. I called another cab company and they didn't show up. I called clean cab and they were there in 15 minutes. and to top it off. Were $10 dollar cheaper than the other cab company was. Maryellen picked me up on time (3:30 am) in an SUV with 4-wheel drive, and I felt safe even in the treacherous conditions. I'm a military traveler and read the good reviews... Called From DAY and was told 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and was told I should have received a call from the cabbie. After 45 minutes they didn't answer the phone. After an hour a cabbie called and asked if I still needed a ride... Dayton could use some pros in the taxi business!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Both George and Kenny were very professional and accommodating. Definitely the most reliable and dependable taxi service I have ever used. George was able to arrange a driver for me at short notice. Rates were very reasonable. Clean Cab is the best!!!

Clean cab is the best cab service I've ever experienced. The drivers Bob being mine were extremely friendly and ALWAYS on time to take me to work. This company is a five star cab service all the way from the dispatch to the cab drivers and last but not least they have the cleanest cabs and rates in town !!! I definitely will use them again.

I didn't get a chance to be a customer here, but I was still very impressed. I called them for a taxi because they came highly recommended by friends. They were honest and up-front about the wait time (there was also an unexpected snow storm in the area) and their honesty and integrity allowed me to make other arrangements to get home; instead of just taking my info and promising to be there "soon" like other companies might do.



If they are this honest and professional with people who don't even give them money, you'd better believe I will call them first when I need a cab in the future!

First, allow me to apologize for not getting this to you sooner. Back in March, 2012, my car broke down and my high school aged daughter needed a ride to school. We live in



Beavercreek and there is no bussing to and from school anymore. I looked for a local cab service online and found you folks. The driver was on time, the car was nice and very clean, and



the driver even called me to let me know that my daughter got to school. On top of all that, later that day, my daughter handed me the cab fair and told me that the driver said to her that he



owned the company and would not accept the cab fair. $15 isn't a lot of money, but when you are a single parent, with a broke down vehicle, kindness like that means a lot. So I want to



thank you, sir, for being so nice. If I ever need cab service again, you are the one I am calling first.

I would like to let you know about the excellent service that your cab driver Amy Youngerman of Dayton, Ohio provided. On Sunday afternoon, September 23rd, Amy picked up my father-in-law and son at the Comfort Suites hotel for their trip home to the Dallas area. This was my fourteen year old son's first airplane trip and special treat to see the National Museum of the United States Air Force. My camera, with which he took many pictures at the museum, slipped out of his pocket and was left in Amy's cab. The pictures were far more valuable to our son than the camera. Amy took the extra time to go back to the hotel and inquire of it's owner because there was no identification on the camera. Through several phone calls, she was able to reach us. Amy mailed the camera with her own money and we received it in less than a week. Amy showed great kindness, honesty, and has gone above and beyond to serve her customers. Wow! We will certainly encourage friends and family to use Clean Cab if they are ever in the Dayton, Ohio area and anywhere else that your company operates.

We used Clean Cab last weekend and they were fantastic! I had scheduled them to pick my friends and I up and they called to confirm and were early to pick us up. Cab companies in Dayton are hit or miss but Clean Cab is always great to us. We will definitely continue using them in the future!

This is the cab co. to use! Clean cabs, very friendly service. More over these people really came through for me when I was absolutely desperate for a ride in the middle of the night. Ken went over and beyond to help me out. This is the kind of company you would want to support.

I had a great experience with clean cabs. My driver's name was Collette and her van was incredibly clean. She was very friendly and even agreed to cap my cab fee at $25.00 because I was running errands. I will definitely be using them again!

clean cab is a very dependable service. i had called for a cab a few days before saying i would need to be picked up at the airport at 8:00 am. they said they would be there and they were. my driver was 15 minutes early also he was very polite. i am defiantly going to recomend to all my friends who are coming to Dayton to use this service.

I am sorry to read the story from the one customer

who gave this business only 1 star. I notice that

all the other reviewers, including myself, have given

the business 5 stars, so I believe, and hope, that the

experience of the 1-star reviewer is highly anomalous.

One thing which honesty compels me to point out,

however, is that Ken asked me, if I was satisfied, to

post a review on this website. I would not, otherwise,

have heard of this website. Thus the positive reviews

might not be from a random sample of Ken's customers.

In any event, I was most pleased with this company's

service, pleased enough to make the effort to create

an account on this website, and to compose a positive

review. I am especially pleased when I contrast this

company with another one with whom I had been

doing business earlier, the Checker/Liberty company,

which deserves a most negative review. I called

Checker/Liberty from Fairborn OH on Friday mid-morning,

January 27, and told them I needed a cab. They said

they would send one as soon as one was available.

I waited 2 hours and 25 minutes. When, after that

time, I called them back (or, more precisely, someone

else called them on my behalf), they said that they

still had no one who could go to Fairborn and pick me

up. In contrast, when Clean Cab was called after the

Checker/Liberty request was canceled in disgust,

Clean Cab came to Fairborn within minutes, even

though they are not located in Fairborn, it is, from their

point of view, and outlying suburb, and they took me

swiftly and efficiently to where I had to go. I used them

the one subsequent time I needed them, which was

to take me from my hotel to the bus terminal in Dayton,

and not only was the cab on time, but also the cab

tried valliantly to take me to my destination by the

shortest possible route. If I ever return to the Dayton

area, and do not rent a car, this is the cab company

with which I will want to do business, unquestionably.

I called clean cab, and gave them 15 hrs notice to pick me up at 8:00am the following morning. I was assured they would not be late. They were 1hr late, I missed a very important meeting, and there excuse was " well the shifts changed and i didn't know". I would be fired from my job if I said that to a customer. Poor!!!!!!!

We flew in from california and the cab driver that took us to our location was friendly and cortious. I will definitely use this company each time We fly in

Last month I flew in from Chicago and was greeted at the airport by a man named Ken. He was very professional and had arrived 15 minutes early. He carried my bags to the vehicle and was very friendly. The inside of the vehicle was very clean, hints the name Clean Cab. I had never been in a more comfortable enviornment. The following week I called Clean Cab again and got picked up from the Holiday Inn by a man named George. He was polite and also very professional. I reached my destination on time as like before. I plan to recommend this company to everyone I know.

Our daughter used Clean Cab for a ride to school since she missed the bus. Ken was nice, polite and prompt. We will definately use Clean Cab again. Hopefully, we will be able to use his service for different needs other than a missed bus.
