almost feel bad leaving this review like my husband said the people need to know who this girl is her name is Patricia a couple weeks back she was sent to my mother's house as a pick up asked for a ride to a store but was not the case my mom was on the verge of being really sick but miss Patricia got there she pulled over to the side of the road. Asked if she wanted ger to call an ambulance my mother told her no upon her arrival to the hospital she parked her cab walked in with my mother got her a wheelchair check her in held her hand and waited till she was taking back to her room my mother us very grateful for you miss Patricia she spent 2 weeks in the hospital this young lady is clearly in the wrong line of work she is very special and should be paid a great deal of amount for helping people out like she does now I called owner brian he said a review would be grwat hardly enough i do believe this company is only thriving cause of her and a few others like Jenn but really this girl needs more than a review I want to do something special oneday i will unfortunately i do not live in ohio but when i come back to visit i will find her and repay her for her kindness you should do everything in your power to keep her as my husband said he used to work for a cab company I know you do not make that much money in this company this. Girl really needs to be in a profession that helps her financially and gives her bonuses for her kindness

I almost feel bad leaving this review the people need to know who this girl is her name is Patricia a couple weeks back she was sent to my mother's house cuz my mother called The Cab Company she asked for a ride to a store but indeed that was not the case my mother needed to be rushed to the hospital but was afraid what would happen to her if the ambulance took her so we miss Patricia got there she pulled over to the side of the road got in the backseat talk to my mother held her hand and convinced her to go to the Hospital upon her arrival to the hospital she parked her cab walked in with my mother got her a wheelchair check her in held her hand and waited till she was taking back to her room this young lady is clearly in the wrong line of work she is very special and should be paid a great deal of amount for helping people out like she does no I called the cowboy and asked him what I could do for her I wanted to give her something special they told me to give her a review but clearly I do not think that is enough I think all of us on here that has left the review should do something special for this young girl she is definitely an angel this company Sweet glad they hired her and should do everything in their power to keep her I used to work for a cab company I know you do not make that much money in this company this really needs to be in a lot of profession that only pays her for her kindness the pays her for hard work

Looks like I am not the only one who thinks that cab 21 the young lady that goes by the name of Patricia is something special this company is lucky to have such a delightful heartwarming he would be in working for them she always ask for a review this time I'm giving her one because she deserves every bonus she can get her car is always clean smells good and always offers candy she goes above and beyond always asked if we need a return trip always opens our door and the trunk for us tears are bugs to the check-in counter at the airport and also has carry my groceries in to my house for me this young lady deserves so much more clean cab I advise you to keep a short leash on her she is one special lady don't let her go

The dispatcher needs a little work but his cabbies 5 stars brian the cab driver always friendly steven quiet jennifer funny and last but not least our personal favorite cab 21 she is got to be the most friendliest person we have yet came across we take this company alot sure we use uber and others but we use this cab company more mainly cause of it be so clean but also cause of miss trisha she is so delightful we have gotten to know her past very well and her outlook on life is amazing but she takes a extra milestone and ask how your day is where what music you like smiles no matter what please if you call this company ask for her get the full treatment of feeling like royality

Out of all the cabs I have taken unless they clean couch is very professional the reason why I say this is the ladies that drive it are eager to talk to you and always wears a smile but my favorite is cab 21 miss Patricia we took her from the Drury Inn to Cincinnati she played our favorite music which I was shocked even though I was kidding what type of music I like and she still managed to play it she wears a smile on your face even though your eyes look sad my hat's off to the company that has her as an employee we need more people like her and my workplace as long as you have her as a driver I will continue to take clean cab

Very please with clean cab they have a very nice young lady named Lisa who drove me and my husband home from the airport she was very nice great customer service skills girl.....As I'm nervous to get into a vehicle with anybody she made me feel safe and comfortable....

Clean cab is a very professional company for the most part the young ladies are very prompt and very pleasing but I must say my favorite is cab 21 (trisha) she just seems to put a little more effort than most and makes you feel like your royality 5 stars easily

Cab 21 is a very pleasing professional girl at first she seems very quiet but strikes up a converstion quickly my mummy and i just loved the trip to airport this young woman has a great future ahead thank you clean cab for such a delightful short trip

I have taken plenty of cab in the past but I must say clean cab is one of the best cab I have driven in Patricia is not only funny she is very heartwarming she keeps a smile on your face gives you a piece of candy and also offers her phone number to make sure that you've made it to your destination ok the other girls were just as sweet but it seems like Patricia take the extra step She carries our bags to and from wherever we need them I was going to post this last week but I forgot too I hope it helps your company with a 5-star rating cuz believe me Patricia deserves 10 Stars if it was allowed

I TOOK CLEAN CAB ON THE NIGHT OF THE BREW AND BOO. I HAD WENDY AS A CAB DRIVER, SHE WAS A HOOT, SHE WORE A CAPTAIN AMERICA DRESS AND MASK. REALLY ADDED TO MY EVENING.

I WAS COMING INTO TOWN, AND WAS TOLD OF CLEAN CAB BY A CO-WORKER. HE PRAISED THEM. I HAVE TO SAY THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT.
JENNIFER PICKED ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT, SHE EVEN GAVE ME A PIECE OF CANDY. SHE WAS ONE OF THE FUNNIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. ON MY WAY BACK TO THE AIRPORT I WAS TAKEN BY DOROTHY. SHE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND A GREAT CONVERSATION.!! I WANT TO SAY WHENEVER YOU NEED A CAB CALL CLEAN CAB. THEY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN DISPATCH WAS GREAT IN EXPLAINING HOW I WOULD BE FOUND AT THE AIRPORT AND WHAT TO DO IF I DIDN'T FIND THE CAB. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Miss Patricia I cannot go on enough about this lady she is sweet she goes above and beyond she make sure that our ride is very comfortable and very pleasing I was on my way home to India I was very nervous she talk to me the whole way and made me feel like I was at home she even gave me her personal phone number to contact her when I reached my destination to let her know that I was safe this young lady has a heart of gold I cannot go on enough about her I could go on for days if this computer would let me I had 6 very large bags and she carried every one of them and put them in the car for me she even helped me into the airport with my bags and for that I am forever grateful if you ever need a cab please call and request her you will not regret it

Best and most reliable service in Centerville. Very clean, reliable and on TIME BUT the best part was the driver Patricia Miller! She treated my Autistic son and I with warmth and kindness and actually the best cab driver I've ever had and I've lived in many major cities.
Next time I need a cab, I'm asking for her specifically. FIVE STARS easily. And I'm very picky

cab21 is a very delightful woman tricia she is sosweet she's kind and professional but I'm a little concerned with the company because I have called and requested for her on several occasions and everytime I ask for her you guys tell me she's not available I see that she is out by apartment complex near Austin Landing I called yesterday and seen that she was sitting out there and called to ask to see if my suspicion was right you guys told me she was not available the poor girl had been sitting there for 2 hours so how was she not available I do not think that you guys give this young girl the chance to get any runs she is just a look for the company maybe wrong she is the only reason we call your company my family uses the company alot but is considering going else where you sent us katherine in early mornings she demands cash over credit and is flat out rude. And over charges only reason you are getting 5 stars is cause of patricia otherwise you would get 1 star

I have used Clean Cab approx 4 times over the past few months. The first 3 trips, i had nothing but incredible experiences. I have had a different driver each time and have always been pleased. The drivers were consistently early (usually 10-20 min) before the scheduled time, and the rates are great. One driver, Rebecca, even texted me a photo of the car she was driving so i would know what to look for at the airport.

Most recently, though, i scheduled a pick up, and about 7 min after the scheduled time, the driver called and said she was running late and would be there in 18 min. Catherine ended up being more than 40 min late. She was not very friendly, kept changing her mind about whether the fare was $55 or $60, then hassled me about using a credit card, stating she could not give me a receipt and offering to take me to an atm for free, then decided that the fare was going to be $60 since i was paying with plastic. She also was receiving and reading text messages while driving.

Cab 19 is one rude woman driver. I was waiting for my ride at the Dayton airport. She pulls into arrivals on an angle and just sits there. Then she honks at the car in front of her to move. She then pulls in, and backs up into the spot she wanted. She could have simply pulled up beside the car in front of her, then parallel parked. Instead she has to annoy someone waiting, make them move, and blast her horn in my ears in the process. Zero stars for being an idiot. I hope she's not really that rude, and that poor of a driver.

My husband had the pleasure of taking clean cab who originally called for the cab company to take him to Dayton International when he realized that his flight was actually out of Columbus young lady by the name of Patricia pick my husband up and his flight was due at 12:30 and she picked him up at 11:40 he started to get out of the cab and she advised to answer if you call another cab company you might miss your flight how about you let me take you and trust me I'm getting you there on time as she advised him she would get him there at least 10 minutes before his flight he was optimistic about it and he agreed to get back in the taxi by doing so my husband made our daughter sweet 16th birthday she got him to his fly at exactly 12:24 needless to say you made it home and for this we are forever grateful for her this company should be happy that they have somebody like her our hats are off to you she is such a delight

I had the pleasure of taking clean cab they are propmt always on time especially when miss patricia is called she is such a delight to ride with a very kind smile they sjould have more drivers like her she opened our door carried our luggage and just a very beautiful soul because of her i will continue my business with clean cab

I have to say I will definitely recommend this service to all my friends and I will definitely be calling Clean cab from now on, my driver was Catherine and she was the most courteous and sweet cabdriver I've ever had, I will definitely be requesting her if I need a cab again and I would definitely recommend anyone to request Catherine, my flight was delayed and I was afraid there wasn't anyone there to pick me up when my flight landed but she had been tracking my flight online and called to let me know she is at the airport as soon as I landed, she was very professional, opened my door for me, and put my luggage in the cab, Catherine is a very good driver she made me feel very safe and comfortable, I was absolutely amazed at how clean and smelling so good and fresh the cab was, inside and outside, I have been in a lot of cabs and I have never seen a cab so clean, they have definitely earned the name Clean Cab.. but overall my experience with Catherine and Clean cab was fantastic...

I have been a customer for quite a while. Quality folks. Everything I want from a cab company. Highly recommended!
