This is a great sewing machine shop. Tricia and staff are so knowledgeable about the machines and furniture. I was in the market for a sewing machine cabinet and Tricia helped me find the perfect fit

After talking with the service tech, yesterday I was very upset and wrote a bad review on the repair service center. I jumped the gun. Today, hubby, Kim and I went in to to pick up the machine to take it elsewhere for service. However, my hubby spoke with Ken, the general manager, who was very friendly, calm and confident in his company employees. Ken worked out my problems and agreed to repair my machine and credit my warranty price which was two days prior to the incident. We have used the service center in the past two years and have always been pleased with the results. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE LOST MY TEMPER AND WROTE A BAD REVIEW BEFORE SPEAKING WITH THE GENERAL MANGER. In the near future I plan on purchasing the light industrial machine and take the classes they offer. Thanks again to Ken at Sew and Vac Warehouse for working things out with me. Charon Frey

I was in the market for a serger (my first) and this location in Conroe is fairly close to my house. I was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff. Tricia is very knowledgeable on all the machines and helped me make my decision. I love my new Juki MO-100. It's so easy to thread!

Love, love, love this store. Did I mention I love it? Great Staff, Knowledgeable, helps you find exactly what you need. Even when you are a newby like I was and describe things with words like "things" and it want it to do like "this" they do their best to help you find just the right fit. I have made purchases from needles & thread, Sergers, Zing Cutter, Software, and more. Even had a machine purchased at another brand store serviced without any issues.

Bought my Quattro 3 at this location because it is convenient to me from The Woodlands. The store and personnel are friendly, helpful, give good instruction, and take the time to assist. Good selection of products for my machine can be found here too.

I bought my Janome 3160QDC from the Conroe location of the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Tricia helped me find the machine that was right for me. She provided wonderful customer service. She was friendly and patient as she listened to my questions and concerns, and helped narrow down what machine would work for my purposes. I am a novice in sewing and know little to nothing about sewing or its jargon. She was able to help me understand functions and settings of the machines by relating the sewing terms to other activities that I was more familiar with. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine I purchased and the service I received in deciding what to purchase. I look forward to learning about my machine and using it. I really liked that as a first time/new owner of a sewing machine, the store offers an individual lesson on the working of the machine.

As a beginner to sewing I was a little nervous, but Tricia showed me how easy the machine I chose is to use. I'm excited to start sewing!

First off .... Tricia is WONDERFUL!!! Her knowledge and the customer service she provides are exceptional!!! Although I did not purchase my machine from them they have always been extremely helpful with any question or concern I have had, plus their repair costs have been fair and speedy. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
