Just before the heatwave hit my area...and less expensive than what I expected. Told me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Had it running in less than 15 minutes. Great Service!

Shannon kept me informed of when he would be arriving for the service appointment. Once he arrived, he was professional, efficient, and effective. He was also very personable and fun to talk with.

The plumber came out and was very friendly. He was on time, provided the possible risks related to any issues that might arise from the work. There were no issues and work was completed very quickly.

Joseph did an excellent, professional job replacing our garbage disposal. We always call TLC with our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning jobs. Get the job done right the first time...call TLC!

Tech Doug Cuffley was careful to listen to my concerns and worked diligently to address them. He is an asset to TLC. I have used TLC exclusively for several years and am always confident in their work.

Technician Shannon Rushing was wonderful. He arrived at the time promised and quickly stopped the large water leak and saved our home from further damage. We always use TLC for our plumbing needs and highly recommend TLC.

After moving into my new house and finding out there was issues with the plumbing, I called TLC to assist me with the issue and they sent out Mike Jaramillo, he was very knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease with my plumbing problem. He got everything going and seems to be running smooth 2 months later.

I was having issues with my plumbing and Mike Jaramillo was sent out to help with the issue. Mike was very polite and explained what was going on. He got the issue addressed right away. Very clean with his work.

When my swamp cooler water pump went bad, I purchased a new one and called TLC to install it. I am an older guy and didn't want to do this easy job myself. They told me they would come out and install for more than $100, but I said ok. It was during an extreme heat wave. The tech showed up and said after looking at my swamp cooler, he wouldn't install the pump. He said it had some rust and the rust could break off and send schrapnel into my house and he couldn't be responsible for that. He did, however, say that he would be happy to install a new swamp cooler for $3200! I shopped this quote around and it was at least twice as high as anybody else. This sales tactic is reprehensible. Avoid TLC!

TLC came to inspect my furnace and to repair several faucets and drains. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and courteously. Over many years, I have never been disappointed in TLC's service, and this visit was no exception. The problems were fixed, and the areas in question were left cleaner than before! This is a company whose technicians are empowered to do the job right and to make customer service a priority. Thank you, TLC.

September 7, 2013 TLC Plumbing and Utility came to my home in Albuquerque and replaced a capacitor (fancy name for a glorified battery) and my refrigeration system in our house air conditioner resumed working beautifully. TLC had the identical replacement capacitor on its truck and fixed my unit during that one visit. TLC Charged me $105.00 for its labor and $35.00 for a new capacitor plus tax. Before TLC another company came to my home and told me it had a capacitor on its truck and its cost was $231.00, just for the capacitor, and another $79.00 for labor. I told that man I couldn't afford $231.00 for the capacitor and he said his price was $30.00 cheaper than the supply house would charge me. I said I still couldn't afford it and said goodbye to him. I called the supply house and was told a capacitor would not cost more than $50.00.TLC gave me a free estimate and they got the job because they gave me an honest estimate and an honest deal. I've learned you have to shop around when it comes to home air conditioning systems, but I trust TLC and its technician, Frank Nieto. Thank you TLC.

When my hot water heater died unexpectedly I called TLC on a friend's recommendation after another person stood me up - twice. It was terrific to have Mike show up that afternoon on time, replace the part, and fill out a detailed bill. He could just as easily have told me I needed to replace the whole thing and I would have been clueless. I really appreciated the honesty, promptness, and thoroughness and would definitely use TLC again.

Well, I am tired of dealing with the smaller plumbing companies such as the individual proprietors and decided I was going to call a larger company. I searched on-line for plumbing companies and remembered I see TLC trucks all over the place. However, after reading the reviews here I think I will pass on TLC. Not everyone can be pleased 100% of the time and there will always be unhappy customers but still...look at these reviews. Wow.

I called for an appointment to have someone look at my electric panel and plumbing issues. Two appointments were required for the different issues. At the electrical appointment the tech took five minutes to look at the panel, decided it was not up to code but said it was ok to leave as is because it was safe and in good condition. I was then presented with a $100 bill for the 'inspection.' I was not aware the appointment would cost and said so to the tech. I cancelled the plumbing appointment because I don't know if they'll try to charge me again. Should've been up front about the charge. What other surprises would there be?

They came out to find a leak under my slab. It took them a long time to find it. The gas they put in the lines to find it caused problems with junk blocking the valves and water hammer. They fixed the problem, but damaged another pipe that started leaking 3 years later. Needless to say, I did not call them back. The new plumber found and fixed the problem in about 1/4 of the time and for about 1/4 of the charge. I would only recommend them to an enemy. Even then, maybe not.

I took an afternoon's vacation to meet someone from TLC named Oni (sic) at my home for an estimate. I had confirmed the appointment with him in person at their facility several days before. He never showed--and made no attempt to contact me, never offered an explanation and has never apologized. Basically TLC is staffed by a bunch of arrogant jerks who lack even the most basic understanding of common courtesy. I guess they figure they are so big they don't have to give a damn about their customers. I will certainly never use them again. And I will also certainly tell everyone what a rotten outfit they are.

BEWARE ! Never again I will use TLC Plumbing AGAIN ! Just the word out to you all , save yourself as victms.

I also was lied to about being called back. Turns out to be a blessing from what I have read about TLC! TLC stands for The Loser Company
