Someone wrote once that Maria can look at you and pick your wig. It’s 100% true. After trying on several wigs that I chose, I bought the first one she brought to me! She’s magic with “hair” and hair, and color etc! I’ll be passing out her cards to my other chemo warriors!

My mom had Stage 0 breast cancer 7 years ago. She did radiation and took a chemo pill for 5 years which caused her very thin hair. She has been hesitant for awhile about a wig but our hair dresser recommended this place and we are so glad she did. Maria is very kind, patient and knowledgable. She gave my mom all the time she needed to get use to the wig idea since we originally went in thinking she only needed a hair piece. But after further discussion we realized it would be difficult for my mom to clip the hair piece on since she has such little hair left. Maria then even cut my moms hair so it would not stick out and then she gave the wig a cute haircut my mom adores. The look on my moms face was worth the price. She feels pretty again and I can't wait for everyone to see her new hairdo. Thanks again.

Hair loss is devastating especially when it's due to cancer. The physical and emotional effects are overwhelming until you meet Maria. From the minute you talk to her you know she will be able to help you. Her pieces are exquisite and she has several awards and patents to back up her several years of experience. She has the patience of a saint and will go out of her way to make sure you feel good about your new look. She also makes it AFFORDABLE for you, not like other shops that take advantage of vulnerable people who will overspend to get a wig not knowing they're being way overcharged. It doesn't stop when you walk out the door either, Maria is always there to help whenever you need her. I plan on being Maria's customer forever, even after my hair grows back. Maria is a very special lady, hardworking, gifted and loving. I hope this review finds it's way to people in my situation and need Maria's help!

I walked into this business and Maria brings me a wig to try on. It was absolutely perfect! I could not tell the difference between my own color and the color of the wig...the style was just what I wanted. Maria truly seems to instantly size up what will work. The wig is beautiful, and high quality. Now that my hair is nearly gone from chemo, I can wear her wig and not feel self-conscious at all. I highly recommend Maria! Not to mention, she is extremely engaging and friendly.

As soon as I walked in the door I knew I came to the right place...I tried ordering some wigs online...Not a good experience...Maria has a wide variety of wigs and she is so kind and compassionate...I had recently gone through chemo for breast cancer so I knew very little about wigs...Maria was very patient as I tried on several wigs...Then she found the perfect wig for me...I absolutely love it...Maria also gave me a discount and told me that most insurances reimburse when the wig is due to health reasons...I contacted my insurance and they do indeed reimburse...I would have never known this had she not told me...Maria truly cares about the people she serves...When I left the day I purchased my wig I didn't leave with just my wig I had a handful of freebies for my new wig...It was a totally positive experience and I will definitely go back and I recommend anyone that needs a wig to go to The Wig Studio and meet Maria...She will take care of great care of you...

As soon as i walked in Maria greeted me with a smile. It took less than a minute for her to know what wig is best for me. She is so welcoming and really cares... treats you so special! I can't express how happy i was leaving with exactly what looks and feels good for me. Maria really helped me in a desperate and vulnerable time. She is the best! Thank you Marie.

Maria makes you feel so special and welcomed..it''s like she is welcoming you into her own home! Thanks to Maria's expertise and talent, I am able to feel beautiful and "normal" while I am undergoing chemotherapy. The best experience of my life in a place of service. When I speak of service, I say it in every sense of the word, for me, it is not a simple store, it is much more than that. It is very difficult to find people like Maria Posa "MARIPOSA" ( means butterfly, actually she is like a butterfly), great professional, she makes magic with her hands, is incredible!! We had never seen wigs like those!!!! made by her precious hands; a warmth and sensitivity that unfortunately is rare to find. I do not exaggerate an apex when I say this. She is the great demonstration that God operates in us if we allow it. Thank you infinite my dearest Butterfly , thank you always. My mom and I not only came out with a wig, we carry you Mariposa in our heart with the greatest teaching of what is TO GIVE.

Maria is such a kind, compassionate woman. The minute I walked in to her studio she welcomed me and my daughter! I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago and she helped me pick out 2 beautiful wigs! She has made me feel beautiful again! I'm a cancer patient, lost my hair and have no knowledge of wigs/ hairpieces, etc. I walked into the Wig Studio at about 11:20 on Friday, no appt. - Maria was just SO knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I had already been given a wig, she helped me learn to put it on, trimmed it a bit for me, gave me GREAT advice about caring for it, wearing it securely. Beautiful wigs, just a wonderful place and person.

I don't have cancer in this point in my life, like my mom did was she was 62 and had passed away from it, but I do have hip and knee osteoarthritis. I heard about Maria and her kindness, so on a whim I decided to check out her wigs. Maria is an outstanding human being with extensive knowledge in her field along with having much compassion for others. I walked out with a new look! Maria is not only a seasoned subject matter expert, she is beyond accommodating and generous in her spirit. I took my elderly mother to investigate options for her severely thinning hair. She was extremely anxious and embarrassed. Not for long! Maria worked hard to make her feel comfortable and calm and then presented options to make her feel pretty again! I had a fabulous experience at the Wig Studio. On the spur of the moment I decided to go check it out. Like many, cancer was taking me on a journey I never had imagined I'd be on. The owner, Maria's knowledge was vast. She is one of the most helpful and compassionate people I've ever come about. She took a tender and highly emotional experience and made it into a joyous, laugh out loud session with some new friends acquired while in the salon. I would recommend her Studio to anyone looking for top notch customer service and product. There are very few retailers in any business so deeply caring about their clients. I got a wig that I felt very comfortable in. I have experienced numerous compliments on its fitting and natural appearance. Many thanks to Maria for being part of the memory. Took mom to the Wig Studio due to her recent hair loss. From the time we walked in the front door, to as we were leaving, we were treated with compassion and respect. Ms. Posa couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgable about what would work for mom. My mom left with a wig, but greater than that, a renewed confidence and sense of beauty. Breast cancer brought me to the Wig Studio. The second I walked in the door Maria made me feel comfortable. Not only does she have the most beautiful, high quality wigs, she is so very kind and compassionate. Two girlfriends came with me and she gave us her undivided attention and although we were there for a medical reason, we had so much fun trying on all different types of wigs.
