Dr Haines gave me my life back. I am so very grateful to him and his team to include the folks at VTFC. Without question or hesitation, everyone's professionalism, interpersonal skills and knowledge leads world-class. Dr Haines leadership, professionalism and positive attitude is infectious. Dr. Haines and his staff were highly professional, very accommodating and provided clear explanations of the procedures. He was willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer my questions until I was comfortable.
Overall, it was a great experience with very positive results.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the minute I entered the office till the moment I was escorted to the front desk; courteous, professional and so very competent! Dr. Hainse, the PA's, Medical Assistants, all were so very kind, respective, courteous, even dealing with my unfound anxiety. When I first saw Dr. Haines for a lower back problem, he immediately saw that the back problem could be treated with therapy but that I badly needed surgery on my neck. I've been free from pain for two years now.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Haines. He tries all alternative methods before actually doing surgery. He is caring and listens to you. I have full confidence in him as a surgeon.

Dr Haines did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my thoracic disc herniation. He answered all my questions honestly and explained the diagnosis and the procedure to repair my spine in a straightforward, understandable way. He was very honest about the risks of the procedure and the potential outcomes with and without the surgery.

Today 11/08/19 marks my 1 year medical procedure and today i'm fully recovered and healed. I'm so grateful and thankful to Dr. Haines and his amazing dedicated staff. Dr. Haines is the most trustworthy physician I have experienced. His knowledge and demeanor gave me great expectations as to the surgical outcome to fix my problems and those expectations were more than met. I have already referred Dr. Haines to associates who would benefit from his surgical abilities.

I met Dr. Haines over two years ago because of an injury I experienced 27 years ago. I was in pain, scared in-addition didn't know where my treatment was going to lead me.

Every visit with him and his staff has been exceptional, professional and genuine. I learned a few months ago that my spine condition go worst and I needed to consider surgery.

Because I really was at the point of no return, I decided to have surgery. I knew I was with the BEST doctor that I have encountered in my lifetime and it was time.

I am now post op two weeks out......this is the best decision I ever made. I am on my way to full recovery to being myself again. Thank you Doctor Haines you are God sent.

Before I saw Dr. Haines, none of my other doctors were providing me with any hope for my injuries sustained in my car accident. I had dealt with pain for almost six years in my lower back as well as my neck. The day I met Dr. Haines, he agreed with me that I had been in pain for too long, and that he could help me become pain free. Today, Oct. 2019, I am pain free and a few weeks out from a one level fusion surgery for my lower back. We are also taking care of my neck pain with RFAs, and that has gone well also. Dr. Haines was a God send for me! I am so happy I decided to come to VSI for treatment, and I am grateful for Dr. Haines!
