Worst Business Ethic DO NOT USE

This company was contraced to do a warranty repair on my dryer sold by Lowe's. They originally came last week and "fixed" it. It was immediately broken are the repairman left so my husband called and spoke with the manager Ramon. Ramon stated parts needed to be ordered and and appointment was scheduled for today. Ramon must be psychic and know what's needed without even talking to the repairman before stating this. When my husband called to verify the time frame Ramon stated he made a mistake and it was not scheduled until Monday. It was explained to him that we have five children and the wash was literally piled up. He was asked to make his mistake correct and send out the repairman. He stated he could not do that because they were booked and two guys called out. He was confronted with the poor reviews online and even that they moved from another location on damar dr in phila that also had poor reviews. That's when he became upset. I asked for his bosses' info for the owner info and stated everything goes through him. I don't believe he would inform anyone above himself. Ramon stated he also emailed Lowe's corporate and the regional manager but did not know the regional manager's name. I told him don't worry I will be informing them too. Needless to say I received a call back and Ramon stated that we were being dropped from monday's schedule. No problem I contacted Lowe's regional and expect them to be dropped as a service provider by the end of next week. My temporary inconvience is nothing compared to the money your company will lose. It does pay to stand behind your word so please choose another company.

Regardless of the negative results experienced by others, I am thoroughly pleased with Whitman. They told me that a part had to be ordered and that they would let me know when they received it, which they did. We set a date for repairs, and the day before the repairman arrived, Whitman's telephoned to advise me of the repairman's arrival time. On the day of the appointment, the repairman called again to confirm his arrival time. The repairman arrived on time, made the repair efficiently, and cleaned up and removed all rubbish associated with the repair.

Warranty repair on a Whirlpool refrigerator on 11/11/2014. The office was in contact before the day of the appointment to let me know I was on the schedule, and the technician called as he was travelling to my home. The arrival was later in the day than I originally expected, but the problem was readily fixed without additional cost to me. Pedro and his trainee, Alex, introduced themselves at their arrival and performed the repair quickly and professionally. I could not be happier with my experience.

I'd give a 0 if I could.... I had an appointment with them for today, Friday the 12 of September. I purchased a drier from Lowe's that never worked since the day it was delivered. Whitman called me Tuesday to confirm they received the service order and would be at my house today. I also received a confirming call on Thursday that they would be at my house between 10-2 today. They never told me I would receive a call before the repairman came out. At 9:30 I went into my garage for 10 minutes and when I checked my phone an hour later I saw that Whitman's had called me twice to tell me that since I didn't answer my phone they were not coming out !!!! I took off 1/2 day from work to be home. When I called back and spoke to Ramon, he was very rude and said since I was not home they would not come out today I would have to reschedule for next Friday, NO CAN DO I told him I had to work and need my dryer.....Ramon didn't want to hear it, he told me it was my responsibility to be home to answer the phone. I was home, I tried to explain that to him and he was would not budge....he said they had cancellations and called earlier, well then if they had cancellations why couldn't they still come out???? I also called Lowe's and a manager said they would contact Whitman's.....I will never use them or recommend them to anyone....they should have told me I'd be receiving a call from the repairman before he came out. Now I have to wait another week for another company !! Nonsense !

was sent out to me through an extended warrenty, came out on 7/25/14 finally think they figured the problem, would take 2-10 days for the part. I called 15 days after (not counting weekends) was put on hold and told all their computers were down we will call you back. 2 days later they called and said they will now have the part by 8/18/14 and that the day they set the appointment for, we will see what happens then. also my refrig was only 2 weeks old when all this happened

I had an appointment with them. They called the night before to tell me the time slot and didn't show up at all. I called their office only to get voice mail and no call back. Why are people like this still in business. DON'T USE THEM...

I wish I could give a zero star rating, but since I can't, they get one star. This company was sent to my home by an extended warranty company. This warranty is issued by Federal Warranty Service Corp. or Assurance Solutions. It was purchased through the Home Depot. In the beginning, I thought this company would be great. My appointment was scheduled for Friday, but they called me and came out on Wednesday. However, the technician they sent out was extremely rude. He didn't fix ANYTHING. He took pictures of my washer and told me that it was dirty and had been "tampered with". I argued with him asking how he could say that my washer was tampered with when it has been under warranty since I purchased it, in December 2009. The only company that so-called tampered with was GE. They are the same company that made the washer. After asking him if it was possible that my three year old washer had damage from normal wear and tear, he answered yes, but quickly packed his items and left. He had written down that my washer was tampered with and didn't bother asking for my signature on his paperwork. If your warranty provider wants to send this company to your home, DECLINE and ask for a different company. If you need work on your washer, call someone else.
