On 03/21/16, the service guy William from Whitman Appliance came out and stated that I needed a Ignition for my oven, he ordered it and said that it will take about 7-10 business days, but it took a lesser time coming back.(03/26/16) Whitman Appliance then called me and schedule an appointment immediately to put the part in. When service guy William came back, he only discovered that I needed another part (Main Safety Box), so he had to put in the order for that, which that order came back lesser than the 7-10 business days. So finally on 04/06/16, William came back and put the part in and fixed my oven. He was Great! I couldn't ask for more. He was on time, it didn't take him long to fix it & good customer service. The office was also, Pleasant! Thank You, Whitman Appliance

I must say I am completely satisfied with the level of service and respect I received with the repair of my fridgedaire appliance. The tech was on time, friendly, respected my home and extremely knowledgable of how to resolve the issue. What really got me, was how William kept me informed every step of the way, of what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Thank you Witman Appliance for the outstanding customer service I received. And before you ask, Yes I would definitely recommend Witman Appliances to anyone needing applicance repairs!!!

I called Lowe to tell them the refrigerator I got from them was'nt working and cutting off for hours. They gave me a number to call which was Whitman Appliance Repair Service. They came out to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the professionalism, expertise and responsiveness of the company. The technician fix the refrigerator and explain everything he was doing at the same time. The technician (William) really know his stuff. I would recommend them to other without a doubt. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Lowes warranty money is a guarentee most of the time fo warranty work. I took pictures of my stove as I am a carpenter and am familiar with how things work only reason I didn't fix it myself was I didn't want to void the warranty. Emailed a pic so they could order parts. They received my email and said they could order parts and set up a time to come out. Show up with no parts said it would be another 7-10 days Rescheduled and they made us wait almost 2 weeks to show up. Show up again and only fixed one part of the problem potential fire hazard left over! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE EVER

STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PHONIES. THEIR SERVICE TECH ALEX WAS OUT TO OUR HOME FOR 2 MINUTES AND LEFT WITHOUT DIAGNOSING PROBLEM. WHEN I CONFRONTED ALEX FOR AN EXPLANATION HE RUDELY SCREAMED BACK TO CALL THE OFFICE. I CALLED THE OFFICE ON MONDAY AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO SAID PARTS WOULD BE ORDERED. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH ME. ON TUESDAY I GOT A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM AND WOULD NOT FIX IT. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE TO REPAIR A PROBLEM ON A BRAND NEW RANGE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR COMPANY!!

I would give them no stars but that was not an option. My samsung washer exploded (yes exploded)on a Sunday. Called Lowes and they made appointment with this company for Thursday. They came out looked at the washer, took pictures, and told my husband they would let us know the following day. My husband called and left a message no call back. I connected Lowes and was told they had not heard from the



repair people. Myhusband callednumerous times and there was no anseer. I called on my phone 5 minutes later and was immediately put on hold for supervisor. I was told my washer was under review and wont hav an answer for 4-7 days. I hav never in my life heard of a review on whether your appliance can be fixed or not. It obvious to me an untrained repair person that if a washer is in pieces and the sides are bulged out you can't repair it.

The worst co. ever. Do not let them in your home.They are part changers and do not do testing or your appliances.Then refuse to come back out to make the repair right in the first place. Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.

very satisfied. came out 8 AM on a Saturday when no one else would. Fixed my refrigerator quickly. And it was through Lowe's warranty. I found them more helpful in coming out quickly than Lowe's could assist!

I was very happy with Whitman Appliance. My repair man Pedro called me to say he was on his way and arrived to my house on time. He fixed my samsung refrigerator fast and without an isssue. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to family and friends.

Company gets one star because I can't leave a lower rating. If you have to get any warranty repairs in the Philadelphia/Central New Jersey area for any appliance do yourself a favor and ask who's is doing the repair. If it's Whitman Repair do yourself a favor and DEMAND another provider. By far the WORST customer service ever. Two months of going back and forth for a part to be ordered. When someone finally comes out he shows up with no parts and said that there was nothing wrong with the fridge and thanked me for wasting his time (keep in mind this is the 3rd time I took off of work to get this resolved). When I saw that this so called repairman didn't even know how to properly install a water filter in a refrigerator I asked him to leave. When I called Whitman and left a message Ramon the manager called me back to scream at me and tell me to never call them again. DON'T WORRY RAMON NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN, AFTER CALLING LOWE'S CORPORATE OFFICE YOU PROBABLY WONT BE GETTING ANY CALLS FROM THEM EITHER!

This company is an absolute joke! I can not believe Lowe's uses this sham of a company to repair their customers appliances. They are complete liars. They told me they were waiting on a part for 2 weeks for our refrigerator. So I asked where the party was coming from. He couldn't answer. He also thought we had a Maytag here. Wrong again. Frigidaire. After 2 weeks of excuses we didn't want them to come out ever again. That's when this mental midget started cursing at me. STAY AWAY. Never purchasing anything from Lowe's ever again because of this repair shop they use. Hello Home Depot

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS - THEY ARE A RIPOFF! My Samsung microwave developed an error code, I called Samsung on Monday for repair service, they in turn assigned the repair to Whitman Appliance Repair. On Tuesday, Whitman called me to set up an appointment for repair. The first available "appointment" is 4 days later (Saturday) between 2 and 6 pm. They did call and confirm the appointment on the day before (Friday). The technicians showed up at 5:30 pm, and upon just looking at my microwave error code said that they were given the WRONG PARTS. They will have to order the correct parts, and make another home visit. Now, I was required to pay the technician $100 IN CASH for the "trip charge", whether they repaired my microwave or not. They calculate the parts cost at another $180 and have no idea of when the parts will be delivered. When I balked at this, the technician called his manager (Ramon) who was no help whatsoever. When I originally called Samsung, I gave the error code to the customer service person. When Ramon or whomever it was that called me on Tuesday to set up a repair appointment, I again gave them the error code, which they verbally confirmed and indicated that they knew which parts needed to be replaced. Ramon (or whomever) apparently never passed this information along to the technician or the parts department because the technician was given every control board EXCEPT THE CORRECT ONE AS INDICATED BY THE ERROR CODE. I will NEVER do business with this bunch of Rip Off Artists ever again. I later found the parts I need on-line for less than half (shipping included) of what Whitman was going to charge me for them. I paid the $100 and demanded a written receipt (the receipt has a box for credit card information and signature - oh but they only accept cash). Very poor business ethic all around! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS - THEY ARE A RIPOFF!

Seems I've had better luck with this company than most. I was having trouble with a frigidaire laundry center and was trying to get it fixed under warranty. The first company was awful, 5 visits and six weeks later still not fixed FINALLY frigidaire put me in touch with whitman's and a week later DONE! Couldn't have been more pleased, from Ramon in the office, to William "Billy" my tech, i had a great experience. Thanks Guys!!
