I want to send Sebastian a BIG THANK YOU! for working on my washing machine.

He was punctual, knowledgable and was able to troubleshoot immediately. He even gave us a temporary fix - that was very helpful and it made this experience very positive. He went above and beyond!

Good customer service from both Sebastian and management.

Tony came on time and quickly diagnosed my oven door issue. He wore PPE as we expected. He explained everything we needed to know and was very courteous.

two times out for same problem never got fixed , But they took my money, the Manager is a first class Ass Hole will never use them again , But i will bad talk them every chance i get !!!! i paid them in full before they even had parts to fix it hope everyone takes my warning.

The manager was horrible and very rude. I stayed as patient as I could as he insulted me and told me I was being sarcastic as he mocked the fact my fridge hadn’t been working since I bought it. Horrible I recommend you look at other reviews than yellow pages since these are not the experience most have had. Check out google reviews for your own good!

Tony arrived on time the first time he came out. I called about a loud squeaking sound coming from my dryer and the dryer not turning off automatically when the cycle was finished. Tony assessed the dryer and concluded it needed a wheel. He said he would return when the part came in. He called a week later to tell me the part was in. Two days later he arrived. He was very friendly and professional. He explained to me step by step what he was doing. When the repair was finished he cleaned up and said everything was now fixed but if I should have a problem I should not hesitate to call and he would gladly come back. He is an excellent repair man and definitely an asset to Whitman Appliance Repair!👍👍

The ice maker in my refrigerator stopped making ice. I have the extended warranty through Lowes. Whitman Appliance called to confirm the appointment and then called the day before to again confirm the time. William was the technician who came to our home. He even called when he was on the way to say he would be here in about 45 minutes...he arrived right on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He came with the part in hand and quickly assessed the issue and replaced the part. The ice maker is now working perfectly. William also gave me a few tips on using my washing machine so that it would last longer. (Who knew?) Great customer service!

This place is truly amazing! My stove broke a few times and I went through a few company's to get it fixed but this was by far the best one. The prices were amazing and the staff was so nice and understanding. I would recommend anyone to this place. Very pleased and happy.

I was told that someone would be at my home between 9am and noon. The repairman called my home at 8:30 and was there by 8:45. I was amazed. When is a service man ever early. He came into my home, made the repair and was finished by 9:30. He (Will} was informative, professional and cleaned up after himself. He also explained how to prevent this problem from happening again. What more could you ask for. If the need arises I will use Whitman again. George from Roxborough

We purchased appliances from Lowe's in April and we also purchased warrities on the all of the applicances. We place a service all last week and Williams Torres came on Monday am. He was promted and helpful, showed us how to clear our stove burners. And they ordered the part we need for our frig. He was helpful and nice. We would recommend William Torres for repairs to applicance to anyone.
