My experience with this company has been mixed. I have had them reject a washer claim but this time they helped me and did what they were supposed to do. The refrigerator stopped cooling like it should and seemed warmer than usual. I called up Globe expecting them to give me the same treatment as last time but they took the claim and sent out one of their contractors. Log story short they said that it could not be fixed or that it wasn't worth trying to repair it. It took them a couple of days but they called back and said that they were replacing the fridge. I was very surprised to say the least. I have their best plan so they ordered a comparable one to be delivered. Stainless steel, French door with ice maker and water dispenser. Now I forgive them for the first claim I placed. I was very pleased.

great experience from the warranty company today! i was able to file a claim from my phone and I received a call the same day from a contractor. he was local to me and able to get to me the same day. it was not an emergency or anything so it was nice to get that kind of service. my problem was a disposal and like any good plumber he had one on the truck. he had the new one put in and it was one and done! i will be sure to keep the plumbers number and i have globe’s website marked as one of my favorite places.

A shout out to Globe Home Warranty for helping out with my AC this weekend. I got the service needed to get my home cooling again. Globe put it on the fast track because it’s AC in Florida. Technician was quick to respond. I got follow up calls during the process and everyone worked as a team to get me taken care of.

I used my warranty twice since I bought my home. I moved from Indiana so I don’t know who to call. Having the globe warranty has made life a little easier. The first problem happened a couple of weeks after I moved in and was a big deal. My air conditioner stopped and they had someone out quickly to fix it. They got my AC cooling within a couple of days so they really came through. My second issue was with my garage door opener. I was trapped in my garage until I called in to the claim department and they reminded me of the emergency release. They were pretty helpful there but the service person could not get to me until the end of the week. Then they had to get parts and it was not fixed for a week and a half. I got two repairs done without having to pay anything but the service fee so I can’t complain too much.

I was able to get service in a timely manner. Dryer quit on me and Globe sent out a guy that basically said my dryer was fixable but was over 10 years old. Globe wanted to fix it but I called and asked if I could just take the money. That would be beneficial to them because I would have a new one that would not break and I would not have an old 10 year old dryer. They agreed and I went and bought my new dryer. It took about a month or so and I just received my check so everything worked out great.

I was able to use the warranty for the first time this week. My dryer stopped tumbling and I called in my problem to the warranty company. I have a stackable in my condo and the washer works fine but the dryer doesn't. They sent over a person that took a look and said he would have to return for another visit. I called in to Globe and they said my dryer was ancient and they were trying to find parts. It took a few days but they were successful in ordering the parts. When the part came in I got a call from the appliance person and he was out the next day. They told me that it was a bad motor and normally they would have just given me a new dryer but my stackable is all one piece. In my case they would have had to bought me both and replaced it with another stackable washer and dryer. That was probably why they were trying to find that motor so bad. I did not end up getting a whole new one but they did get my dryer working again.

Awesome company just saved me money! My dishwasher stopped draining on me and I had to shop vac it go get all the water out of it. Needless to say the dishes were piling up on me. I called in to Globe Home and filed my claim. the process took about ten minutes. They sent a-1 Appliance out and they took a look and said they had to order parts. A week later and Globe pretty much called me every day. They do a lot of follow up. The appliance person came back and was in and out in less than an hour. I am on my second load of dishes as we speak. I'm up and running and I saved a few dollars.

My name is Ryan and we have had so many problems with this house. It has only been a few months and I have had to use Globe four times. They probably hate me. First was a disposal that cracked and ruined the cabinet underneath. Globe went ahead and replaced my disposal. Next was no hot water which again Globe fixed. Air conditioning was two weeks ago and I just had an electrician leave my house. I pretty much know everyone in that claim office. They have been very helpful and are helping to keep me sane. I appreciate the help given and I will keep the warranty going next year.

Hello Yellow Pages People! OUTSTANDING service today from Globe. I called in because the power went out in the bedroom a few days ago. Try getting dressed at 5am in the dark as old as I am. I have a busted shin to show for it. I called Globe and they were sympathetic with my plight. I was assured a licensed electrician would be in contact and sure enough I was contacted! The electrician was out the next day and he worked at the panel for a while restoring power to my master bedroom. I am going to like them on my facebook next!

I am writing this review to let people know about my recent interaction with Globe Home Warranty. I have been living in my home for about 6 months now and last weekend I saw that water was leaking from my hot water heater in the garage. It was dribbling to the door and down the driveway to the street. I called upon Globe Home Warranty for them to come and look at my situation. A plumber arrived to me and explained to Globe that my water heater is leaking and it must replace it. To my happiness Globe Home Warranty approved the repairs. The plumber left my home and sometime later returned with a new hot water heater. He proceeded to put the new one in and took away my old one. I cannot tell you what a good thing that has happened to me. I saved a lot of money and it took just one phone call to make all of this happen. I am very pleased with this home warranty.

So - I had a pretty big problem with a water leak in the guest bathroom where I could not tell where the thing was coming from. We just stopped using it and that brought all of us where we were all using the master bath. Not a good thing. When I finally got around to calling Globe I was getting pretty fed up so I was encouraging them to make it a priority. They assured me it was a priority but overtime was a no go.. They did pretty good though because they managed to get a guy out late afternoon the next day. Was not totally happy they cut a whole in my wall but they had to and it is what it is. The plumber made the repair using a shark bite. Easy enough repair but I didn't want to mess with it. That's why I have Globe. I sometimes am not the easiest person to deal with and I want to say they handled everything professionally and got things done. I am happy with their service and I'll be sure to let them know the next time I have a problem.

I bought Globe's Stellar Plan and it has lived up to it's name. My dryer quit on me and I had to call them up. The representative was to the point and professional. The guy knew his stuff because he practically had it diagnosed over the phone. The tech they sent was out the next day between 3 and 6pm as agreed and called 20 minutes ahead of time. He was able to make the repair and we are good to go. The whole thing went great. Service was good. The tech was professional. I can recommend this warranty.

I will honestly say this company has a good product. I recently had a dishwasher break and of course it happened when it was fully loaded. I had to wash dishes by hand for over an hour to empty it. Not a big fan of washing dishes by hand! I called Globe and they just took care of it. They had a guy out and fixed the thing. Thank goodness because it was so over it. It makes you realize how convenient it is to be able to have a working dishwasher.

I can recommend this company fully as I have had my warranty for more than two years now. I have called them a good half dozen times if not more and they are helpful and get the job done. I have had a couple items that were not covered but they gave me a full explanation and showed me in my contract exactly where it was excluded and I understand not everything is going to be covered. My last experience with them was an electrical problem where I was not getting power to anything in the kitchen. I called on Globe and they sent an electrician out to do a repair at the panel. Like usual they got the problem fixed. It is especially useful for me as I am on a strict budget. What I can tell people is that the warranty is worth having.

This company has helped me a great deal this year. I have had to call in three claims and they really came through for me on each one. I don't know how often that happens but I can only relay my experience. The first was a disposal that they replaced then they repaired my washer. I just recently called in a problem with my water heater leaking and they replaced the whole thing. After that I felt I needed to post a review. This company has been so helpful and has saved me a ton of money. Awesome service.

Excellent Service! My refrigerator stopped working and Globe really stepped up. They sent a contractor the day after I called and he told Glboe that it was not repairable. They offered to deliver a new refrigerator or I could take a cash payment. I decided to upgrade so I took the payment. Very responsive all the way around. Daily phone calls with status. Professional contractors. Very pleased with the service.

Where can I begin to express how awful my service from Globe Home has been? I bought their most premium plan and when my A/C starting having some problems 8 months into my first year with them, I started to find out not only how surprisingly rude and manipulative their staff can be, but also that any claim with them, no matter how obviously it should be covered, was going to lead to a long series of fighting them at their own game.

Bottom line, this is such an unethical, manipulative company. I would file a complaint against them but I think their ratings with different business agencies is already the lowest it can be.

I had an issue with my heat last week and I called it in to globe. They had someone out that day and got it running. I have no complaints. I only had to pay the deductible and we're all warm again. It's a good service.

Our oven went out right before I was about to have family in town for Christmas. I was completely panicking! I called Globe and they had a guy out the same day. They completely helped me out and got me up and running again. I appreciate all of their help with a small issue that was critical to me. My crisis was taken care of. Its a great service.

Had a great experience with Globe so far. I have had two claims a washer and a water heater. There was good communication and follow up and a sales rep answered all of my coverage questions. I would recommend this company.
