I appreciate that I received a phone call saying the representative was running late but no one ever called me to schedule an appointment. I was not able to be at home for the representative. Have yet to get another phone call to reschedule?? I have worked with you in the past and had a good experience. Hopefully, this was a one time oversight.

Professional and knowledgeable .

The crew was great! We got the aeration and sprinkler system start up package. They were early and thorough. Three sprinkler heads were full of mud or not spraying correctly and Ideal replaced them all the same day at no extra charge. I will be using them every season.

In 2019 Ideal Irrigation remodeled an old sprinkler system and it works perfectly! Our lawn looks better than it has since we bought this home in 2009! I would recommend them highly!
