I've been Dr Arora's patient since Surgeon released me with Failed back Syndrome (4 surgeries) in 2004. He has kept me as active as possible. My injury happened on the job & Dr Arora still frequently stands in the Gap for me to get my medications & procedures when the WC INSURANCE COMPANY DENIES THEM. I STRONGLY SUGGEST if you are living in pain try his services, you won't regret it.

I have been going here since 2011 and I have injections in my lower back and Dr. Arora is very helpful and the injections last about 6 months with a 90 percent relief.

Him and his staff are awesome. Tobi is excellent and the rest of the staff are great as well!!

The staff and doctors at Center for Pain Management are wonderful. I had no idea that there were so many options to treat arthritis and avoid surgery.

I’ve had degenerative disk disease since my late 30’s. The pain had progressed to the point Where I was unable to do easy things like walking without pain. Dr Auroras treatment was well worth the trip to Wilmington. I can walk again and my pain level is very low, I am thrilled. Thank you Dr Aurora and staff! Time to go for a walk y’all!

I have had back pain for probably forty years. I had been to several doctors and pain management centers. I can’t say I was helped very much. I have been so happy I found Dr. Arora. I am the the most pain free that I have been for all of these years. How nice it is! I am confident that if the pain comes back, he will be able to help me. My muscles seem straighter and I have more ambition.

After receiving prp for my hip, I have had positive results. Sleep is easier, not quite back to full me but I am definitely not at square one with the pain levels. I can sit with ease for longer periods. I still have months to recovery but I am glad I chose to have the prp, instead of surgery. Thanks again Dr Arora and staff.

I was skeptical when I was first referred to Dr. Arora at Center for Pain Management. But now, after almost 4 years, I have trust that all treatments I have received were beneficial and have resulted in a better quality of life. I have realized that not all injuries or ailments can be 'cured' by surgery or a bottle of pills. And as we age and the body wears out, not all pain can be 'cured'....but it can be managed for a better quality of life.

Dr. Arora is the most caring Dr.
He takes the time to explain what is being done and why. He also explains other options that may be beneficial. His primary concern is the patient.

i'm very happy with the way i've been treated here at center for pain mamagement ! ive been with back pain since 2001, have not been back to work , unable to do the things i like to do! been on all kinds of different meds and would help for a while but result was always the same
having to try something else with defferent side affix. then in



2019 dr. arora ask me to try spineal cord stemulator so i did. had the trial for 2 weeks and desided to have it implanted in my back, it was great, i cut my meds in half, was able to keep my house work up. ive loss weight about 40 lb. sleeping better, my a1c went from 10 to 7, so im doing good, still not able to go back to work but my life has been better since the stemulator!

Dr Arora is a brillant, caring physician who consistently and professionally cares for my pain care needs. After badly breaking my ankle, having 2 surgeries on it and constantly needing to wear an uncomfortable brace; I sought his help. He gave me 4 laser treatments and my chronic pain is gone! Life is now completely changed for me.
He has also treated my back pain and arthritic pain with injections, Platelet rich plasma and other therapies, with equally positive results.

Had foot surgery in Nov. '19 and was left with pain in big toe joint and the shock therapy gave me 95% relief the first treatment after dry needling and 12 weeks of PT. Highly recommend. Taijin & Brandy were great.

I have been going to Dr.Arora for over 10 years now and absolutely the best pain management doctor. He always listens to you and advises you on the best course of treatment for your injury. I would recommend Dr. Arora and his staff to anyone who is in pain.
