I've had a lot of experiences with property management companies. Most are not very good at all to put it mildly. But Performance Properties has been excellent. A lot of the credit to my rating has to go to Zack who oversees my property. He came from the firm that Performance acquired which I had been using. Zack is my 'go-to' guy Performance and he is first-rate and professional.

This was the latest situation that Zack and the staff have supported my needs and helped to bring the problems to closure. I respect all the staff in their roles interacting with home owners and tell my friends about considering using your services if and/or when they need rental management.

I am a retired home builder and have 54 years of dealing with construction and people. On a scale of 1to 10 a 9.5. Almost perfect but as my reminds me even im not perfect.

We have two small rental homes, Maintenance is done and property taxes are paid. Good monthly accounting is done and sent via internet. We have been quite satisfied with your services. We really like the online accounting and email notifications!
