Over the five years I worked with Performance
Properties, the company handled all matters that came up quickly and efficiently, and the staff was very professional. I was impressed with the depth of their maintenance crew's skills and the company's overall approach to making any needed repairs cost effectively. I would highly recommend this company to others in the Lake Oswego area.

Great customer service. Always responding to my requests for documentation by the next day. I have never once been unhappy after over 5 years of service. I thought perhaps because my property was in another city you would not pay as much attention to it. Boy was I wrong. You get stuff rented fast, are affordable, and I love working with you.

Its been 7 years since we started working wit PPI
and we have been very happy about the service we have been provided. They have had very quick and
professional communication.

My family and I had a really good experience with John while buying our house years ago. I trust him and got right on it.

Since Brad has taken over as my property manager, I have been extremely pleased. Sonja has also been extremely good at her job and I have always been prompt and professional in helping me when I need her.

I wanted to thank you for your prompt and quickly addressing our concerns with the fence on the property surrounding the backyard. We are very thankful at the response from PPI and our area manager. We know that the logistics behind getting this fixed, and taken care of was not something that could be done quickly but the fact that PPI recognized our concerns and sent several contractors out to inspect it to make sure the right work was going to be done was huge relief to us.

You guys are great!!! No complaints.

Their experience and market presence, performance properties has the respect of tenants and property owners, which strengthens every rental agreement, from the paperwork to the property itself. This is what makes renting stress-free for everyone. we always had good company communication with our property manager and the accounting office was also easy to work with.

The staff has always been very responsive to our concerns and questions. Maintenance work is always completed in a timely fashion and within budget. As landlords, we feel that they definitely have out best interests in mind without sacrificing the needs of our tenants.

After managing our own property for over 20 years to save money, we have decided to hire a property management company to assist us with collecting rent and fixing our property as needed. This was one of the best decision that we've made. We are very pleased with the services provided by PPI. When we have questions or information that we need answers, we get them immediately. You guys are amazing to work with and always available when needed. Although our property manager has changed several times, Jon has been extremely helpful and instrumental in getting our property in excellent condition.

The staff is always friendly, responsive and professional. Maintenance issues as well as building concerns are always handled promptly. Multiple methods of communicating with management and payment of rents are provided and well monitored so things run smoothly. I appreciate Performance Properties Inc as my property management service and do recommend them to others.

I have been with Performance Properties since 2002. That

should say it all. What strikes me above all is that the staff are well prepared to do as much or as little as I wish. Management staff including Nori as well as switchboard personnel and Sonja- all are as good as gold.

The person I am direct contact with is Zack.He responds quickly to my email and or maintenance request and follow ups afterwards. My experience has been positive. I don't have much else to say. Thank you!
