I'm kind of late writing my review for this place. I've come here for years for my underarm, leg & Brazilian needs. Great prices. Nice Russian waxing ladies. Convenient. They take appointments and walk-ins.

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I love their facials, not because they are relaxing, but they do a great job with exfoliating and clearing out my clogged pores. They can be a little painful, but I always say, no pain, no gain, right?

I have done 2 facials here so far and got their beauty products! I'm happy with the service, Raya is real professional in skin care. I'm glad I came across this spa. Location is great, and everything is clean and professional! Finally, people know how to run their business. Prices are affordable as well

I have tried many of their services. They have been around for awhile and expanded a few years back. The best thing is their products which I always seem to come back to after trying others. The bio drying lotion is magic for those pesky pimples that come up from time to time. Everyone is always friendly and I usually never have to wait to pick up my products.

Just tried Raya for a facial.....WOW....best I have ever had!!!! Amazing Facility too. Try the Gold Mask and ask for Vitasilk...leaves your face feeling like a baby's bum. Great place to go for facials and waxing (they do a full bikini in less than 20)

Amazing Facials!! I have been testing out a couple places since my usual facialist is no longer working. Raya has become my new favorite place! I have been to Tanya and Suzzane and both are amazing! They really know what they are doing!!

This is by far hands down THE best spa I have ever been to. I have had some problems with acne lately and have tried everything and went to the top dermatologists to help me with my skin. They try to either sell you laser or wanna put you on some crazy medication. I am vegan and think medication is ridiculous!! So after trying every product out there, going everywhere I decided to research reviews online and give Raya a try. WELL.. lets just say I had the BEST experience ever. I got a nice lady by the name of Tanya who is extremely qualified, patient, polite and really knew what she was doing. She gave me the best facial of my life and was not pushy at all and extremely honest in what my skin needs. I could write an essay on this woman lol! If you are having problems with your skin and have tried everything, GO TO HER!! I walked out of there so happy and felt like my skin was glowing without any makeup.

I was looking for a place with quality, reasonably priced facials for myself and my friend, who is very critical. I saw the great reviews for Raya and, of course, the $67 price definitely stood out. We just got back and had an absolutely wonderful experience! He loved it which is a huge compliment for Raya as he usually finds something to dislike about anywhere we go. The walls are a little thin, I was able to hear voices in the next room a couple of times but it didn't take away from my experience. We both walked out looking 5 years younger and will definitely go back!

It's the best spa and I absolutely love it! I've been a client for 6 years and will be a loyal client forever. The staff is warm and friendly, and the spa is beautiful and relaxing. Best of all the pricing is very very reasonable!

My friend’s and I have used Raya's wonderful day spa for over eight years. The staff is attentive and treat us like family. We both enjoy their facials and massages on a regular basis. I made an appointment for brow and lip wax and was not disappointed at all. That was the best lip and brow wax I have ever had. My friend’s love the hot stone massage. He goes more often then I do. We have never been pressured to buy products or packages.

I had RAYA European Facial on Saturday. It was very good! It was my first time and I will do it again. Nice facility and great prices.

Don't you know that RAYA is the BEST Place in the West Coast for Facials and Waxing. Are you sure you were at Raya, cause everyone who's been knows that they use disposable individual containers and applicators for waxing, this is one of the Only places that dont Double Dip. Plus, I've been waxing bikini for years and Tanya is great, fast and you are in an out in 15-20 min for a full leg and bikini. If you want a relaxing long experience, get a massage. Waxing should be fast, clean and no-nonsense. You must be new to waxing. Shop around, and you'll see youll be back to Raya for your waxing!!!

I'm a loyal customer, since I discovered RAYA 4 years ago. This is really as good as it gets in LA!!!! I'm really annoyed by the two chicks that complained about their massages (sounds like they came together). If your not happy, then stop the massage and tell the front desk that its not working for you. Don't just lay there for the entire massage and then complain to the manager, probably asking for your money back....that's like ordering dinner, eating the whole thing, then saying your not happy with it, and asking it to be free-of-charge.

I have been many times and have been meaning to review RAYA SPA - what a gem. The masseuses are highly trained, knowledgeable and effective. My massage here was FANTASTIC! The massage therapist asked me what areas to focus on and I told her I hold a lot of stress in my shoulders and neck. She made sure to get all of those knots out! I felt rejuvenated after I left, like I was walking on air!

I have facial at least once a month at this place. You can't beat the price and the quality - cleansing, steam, extractions, two masks, eye, lip treatment, heated hand mitts, and a REALLY good upper body massage. I love my aestheticia, she does the best extractions and facial massage, period. I have sensitive skin and get breakouts here and there, Julie always managed to get rid of them, leaving no scar behind (redness right after the facial is acceptable) and PAINLESS.

There is a good reason that most everyone raves about Raya Spa (there are always a few weirdos that don't get it when a great thing is right in front of them). I have discovered the secret to awesome skin: A Real European Facial. Here you are getting a facial that actually does something. If you have had a facial that goes like this: Someone gently spread some goo on you, swirled it around, washed it off, put some cucumbers on your eyes and rubbed your shoulders, then you just got ripped off (probably for $100+). A real facial means you leave feeling a little "worked on" from the cleaning and exfoliating, but a few days later your skin glows, it feels younger, softer and unmistakably fresh. When you feel this way, then you know you got your facial at Raya.
